However the important thing is, the following line of code. : foreach (ManagementObject result in results) { //code here } The point is that ManageObject also implements IDisposable, so I would like to put "result" variable in a using block. Any idea on how to do this, without getting too weird or complex?

  Hi there, I have a model Follow that defines a user_id and a followed_user_id. If you've used Twitter, this should make sense. I'm trying to make followed_user_id point to a User model, so I can access the user that is being followed through f.followed_user (in the same way that if I have an Entry with belongs_to :user and a user_id column I can use entry.user to get the user.) How can I do this? Thanks!

If it's matched then i need to extract the first $abc and the last #xyz, all that using pure javascript and maybe regex.   Hi, I am using GDB to understand a C++ program. I put a break in the middle of the running which turns to be something like: break main.cpp:500 and I would like to see which functions have been called before. I tried "backtrace" but it shows only info about main, as previous calls to previous functions have already finished. My question is how can I get (with GDB or another method) the info about which functions have been called before this point, even if the call has been returned. Thanks

  PostgreSQL has allowed me to name a column "campaign_$". I like the name because it's short and to the point, and other potential names like "campaign_receipts" seem longer and less clear. BUT, I wonder if I'll eventually regret putting a $ symbol in a column name, either in PHP or in some other distant part of the architecture. Should I just stick to letters and underscores? Thanks!

  I am working on Silverlight 3.0 and currently using code-behind in my Views. I would like to implement the MV(VM) pattern into my project as the project is growing. I have seen some WPF projects where the code-behind has NO CODE except for the InitializeComponent method, which I believe is the right way to go and just looks clean.
