• Where is SQLite on Nokia N810? How to get?

  I need SQLite3 with the TCL interface for a simple command-line app I use on all my PCs and want to use on my new (to me) Nokia N810. But "find" does not find any SQLite on the Nokia N810. Several apps use it, supposedly, like the maps/gps (poi.db), and others. I got sudo gainroot before using find, tried with wildcards * and dot . No luck. I guess it's embedded in the apps that use it? The N810's app manager doesn't offer SQLite. Apt-get has it and then fails with error: "Unable to fetch some archives, ..." The "update" and "--fix-missing" options do not help. I don't really want to get scratchbox and compile SQLite and TCL extension for it from sources. I looked at README and it seems like it might be straightforward. However [1] it's not clear what scratchbox download I would need (there are dozens in the Index of /download/files/sbox-releases/hathor/deb/i386), [2] I've never compiled any C sources successfully before, [3] and the whole mess entails a lot of learning curve for what is a very small one-off personal project. http://www.gronmayer.com/ has a few (sqlite (v. 2.8.17-4), libsqlite0 (v. 2.8.17-4), and libsqlite0-dev (v. 2.8.17-4)) but they appear to part of some huge package, may or may not include the TCL interface, ... and no I don't want to port my tiny app to Python. Is there some option I've overlooked? Must I get scratchbox and compile for ARM myself? Thanks for your time.

  I am looking to create a dictionary with 'roll-back' capabilities in python. The dictionary would start with a revision number of 0, and the revision would be bumped up only by explicit method call. I do not need to delete keys, only add and update key,value pairs, and then roll back. I would like a fairly memory-efficient implementation of this: the memory usage should be proportional to the deltas. Thus simply having a list of copies of the dictionary will not scale for my problem. One should assume the keys are in the tens of thousands, and the revisions are in the hundreds of thousands. We can assume the values are immutable, but need not be numeric. For the case where the values are e.g. integers, there is a fairly straightforward implementation (have a list of dictionaries of the numerical delta from revision to revision). I am not sure how to turn this into the general form. Maybe bootstrap the integer version and add on an array of values? all help appreciated.

Problem Description Creating a trend line for a set of data has skewed initial values. The complete set of values is unknown at runtime: they are provided one at a time. It seems like a reverse-weighted average is required so that the initial values are averaged differently. In the image below the leftmost data for the trend line are incorrectly averaged.   Please note where I have the NSLOG. All it is displaying in the log is the first three items in the nameSection. After some testing, I discovered it is displaying how many keys there are because if I add a key to the plist, it will log a fourth item in log. nameSection should be an array of the strings that make up the key array in the plist file. the plist file has 3 dictionaries, each with several arrays of strings.   I am a ruby and rails newbie, so my abilities to debug this are somewhat limited. I have just added the eclipse plugin which failed, then downloaded the latest aptana studio which also failed. The failure was the same in both cases. The nature of the failure is that when I create a new rails project, I get an error message about an incompatible library version "C:/Ruby193/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/mongrel-1.1.5-x86-mswin32-60/lib/http11.so". The project is actually created, along with directories and files. Google searches around this error message have only returned a couple of hits, which were not very helpful I am wondering if this is about 64 bit libraries. • ASP.NET MVC URL/Routing question

  Hello! I am an MVC newbie. I'm trying to get my URLs to look like this: /Corporate/Users/Edit/1 /Corporate/Stores/Edit/17 /Corporate/Contacts/Edit/17 /Store/Contacts/Create /Store/Products/Edit/29 Pretty much like plain-vanilla urls, except with a user type at the front. I'm running into a lot of problems with duplicate controller names, etc. Is there a simple way to do this? I looked briefly at Areas, but this seemed way to complicated.

• Project Euler #18 - how to brute force all possible paths in tree-like structure using Python?

  Am trying to learn Python the Atlantic way and am stuck on Project Euler #18. All of the stuff I can find on the web (and there's a LOT more googling that happened beyond that) is some variation on 'well you COULD brute force it, but here's a more elegant solution'... I get it, I totally do. There are really neat solutions out there, and I look forward to the day where the phrase 'acyclic graph' conjures up something more than a hazy, 1 megapixel resolution in my head. But I need to walk before I run here, see the state, and toy around with the brute force answer. So, question: how do I generate (enumerate?) all valid paths for the triangle in Project Euler #18 and store them in an appropriate python data structure? (A list of lists is my initial inclination?). I don't want the answer - I want to know how to brute force all the paths and store them into a data structure. Here's what I've got. I'm definitely looping over the data set wrong. The desired behavior would be to go 'depth first(?)' rather than just looping over each row ineffectually.. I read ch. 3 of Norvig's book but couldn't translate the psuedo-code.
