    Hello , I have a php application that saves the pictures on the server and also stores the picture names in the database . The issue that I have is that the picture names include the path/folder where it was saved from (e.g 1220368812/chpk2198933_large-2.jpg) so I need a str_replace pattern to remove "1220368812/" and have the picture name correct stored in the db . Also I would appreciate if you will send me a good link that explains how exactly the str_replace patterns work or at least how the pattern that you use work .

But to do so I would need to get a hold of the schema so that I can run it through XSD. The referenced link provides all the possible settings but it would be nice to have it in XSD format.     I currently use Cython to link C and Python, and get speedup in slow bits of python code. However, I'd like to use go routines to implement a really slow (and very parallelizable) bit of code, but it must be callable from python. (I've already seen this question) I'm (sort of) happy to go via C (or Cython) to set up data structures etc if necessary, but avoiding this extra layer would be good from a bug fix/avoidance point of view. What is the simplest way to do this without having to reinvent any wheels?

I want to link them. Can I do something like: @thing = Thing.find(1) @tag = Tag.find(1) @thing.tags.add(@tag) If not, what is the best way to do this? Thanks!

There will be a Subscriber model (containing the user's email) Do you think I also need a Subscription table where Subscriber and Tag are joined? .. or I can skip it and directly link Subscriber with Tag?

When the map is clicked, the info window pops up with a bunch of content including a hyperlink to open up a website with a form in it. I would like to utilize a function like fancybox to open up this link "form" in an overlay. I have read that fancybox doesn't support calling the function from within an iframe, and was wondering if there was a way to pass the link data to the DOM and trigger the fancybox (or another overlay option) in another way? If I then create a Page named foo I cannot view or preview the Page because the default URL, http://example.com/foo/, will resolve to the page for the PDF. How can I resolve this URL conflict?

  • Can we find out the difference between 2 RGb colors to find out a 3rd color?

    2 colors are mixed together. If i have the RGB for the resultant color and RGB for one of the colors mixed, then somehow i could calculate the 2nd color? I will try to explain visually what i am trying to say.
