  • Expose JSON as queryable for jQuery

    I am trying to expose some data, user names, as json format on my server. I want to use jQuery.getJSOn() method to query data. I can get my data converted to json with newtonsoft.dll on server and save it in a file. But as far as I know it is not queryable. I want something like http://search.twitter.com/search.json?callback=?&q=abc Can anyone help me out to expose my data ion the above format.

  • How to kill locked mysql queries

    Hi, I am creating and testing a mysql join query but each time so far it causes the database tables to lockup and the site hangs. I have to then call the host and they kill the locked queries. Is this something I can do from phpmyadmin so not to bother them while I tweak the script to work? Thanks for any reply.

We have tought of using a table with ip and old session id or a query string with the old session id in order to reassing it in the uploaded event...     I would like to understand how this happened. I was running a query that would take a long time, but should not lock up any table.
