Should we or should we not check in the classes folder in WEB-INF directory into SVN?

I use SVN, and am learning how to use it along with eclipse IDE. The first time I add classes to my package, there is no problem, the generated class files get into SVN smoothly. The moment I edit them, I get this message - "WEB-INF/classes" is obstructed. I try the "clean-up" command and the clean up command says "WEB-INF/classes" folder is locked. I use TortoiseSVN as my SVN client. I know why this is happening. It probably because the Eclipse overwrites all the files while generating classes and then causes this - Is it inappropriate to commit the class files into SVN? If not, what should I do to commit these class files smoothly?

How do I get the PreviewDialog of Apache FOP to actually display my document?

Search as I may I have not found a solution to my problem here and I'm hoping the combined minds of StackOverflow will push me in the right direction. My problem is as follows, I'm developing a print and print preview portion of a messaging system's user agent. I was given specific XSLT templates that after transforming XML will produce a Formatting Objects document. With Apache FOP I've been able to render the FO document into PDF which is all fine and good, but I would also like to display it in a print preview dialog. Apache FOP contains such a class called PreviewDialog which requires in its constructor a FOUserAgent, which I can generate, and an object implementing the Renderable Interface. The Renderable Interface has one implementing class in the FOP package which is called InputHandler which takes in its constructor a standard io File object. Now here is where the trouble begins. I'm currently storing the FO document as a temp file and pass this as a File object to an InputHandler instance which is then passed to the PreviewDialog. I see the dialog appear on my screen and along the bottom in a status bar it says that it is generating the document, and that is all it does. Here is the code I'm trying to use. A "Trig" Calculating Class

I have been trying to create a gui that calculates trigonometric functions based off of the user's input. For Loop help In a Hash Cracker Homework.

On the homework I am working on we are making a hash cracker. I am implementing it so as to have my cracker. java call worker.java. Worker.java implements Runnable. Worker is to take the start and end of a list of char, the hash it is to crack, and the max length of the password that made the hash. I know I want to do a loop in run() BUT I cannot think of how I would do it so it would go to the given max pasword length. I have posted the code I have so far. Any directions or areas I should look into.... I thought there was a way to do this with a certain way to write the loop but I don't know or can't find the correct syntax. Oh.. also. Why doesn't JFreeCharts correctly connect the points in my xy-line graph?

/Each letter A,T,G,C represents a direction for the plot to graph. Specifically, “A” means move right, “T” is move down, “C” is move up, and “G” is move left. When the applet reads A,T,C, it plots the graph correctly. However, when I plot G, the graph is messed up. When I input "ACACACA," the graph is like a rising staircase. This is for a java project, but the same concept can be applied more generally: Basically, I have a projects with all *.java files located in some sub directory of src. Now I want to grab all directories with the name test in that directory tree and move them into a new directory called tests, e.g.: src->com->a1 -> A.java -> B.java -> test -> test1.java -> test2.java to src->com->a1 -> A.java -> B.java tests->com->a1->test -> test1.java -> test2.java How would I best do that?
