Web Deployment Project failed to map path for include virtual

I am building my site with a web deployment project but the build fails with a number of errors all relating to the "#include virtual" directives in my master page. The includes are necessary to import a set of centrally managed html template files. Here is an example of the include directive and associated error:  /PDPRegistration.csproj/Pages/ContentPage.Master(15): error ASPPARSE: Failed to map the path '/v3/sits/pdpdev/assets-templates/inc/head.html'. The error for each included file actually appears multiple times. I'm not sure what is being mapped or why, but this was never a problem until I started using WDP (which I wanted to alter web.config depending on the build environment, among other things.) The project is built locally on my PC and then copied to the web server via a mapped drive. I found a few solutions on the 'net involving IIS metabase - they weren't quite clear to me, and I'm not sure if they apply given how I build and deploy the project (that is, would I have to build on the same system as IIS in order to make use of the metabase?) Can anyone suggest how I can get my project to build with WDP?

LaTex: how does the include-command work?

I supposed the include-command copy-pastes code in the compilation, it is wrong because the code stopped working. Please, see the middle part in the code. Ant: use include and exclude together

OK, this seems like it should be really simple. I'm using Apache Ant 1.8, and I have a target which does: <delete file="output/program.tar.bz2"/> <tar basedir="input" destfile="output/program.tar.bz2" compression="bzip2"> <tarfileset dir="input"> <include name="goodfolder1/**"/> <include name="goodfolder2/**"/> <exclude name="**/badfile"/> <exclude name="**/*.badext"/> </tarfileset> </tar> I want it to make a .tar.bz2 of input/goodfolder1 and input/goodfolder2, excluding files named "badfile", and excluding files with extension ".badext". It's giving me a .tar.bz2, but it's including badfile and *.badext -- the excludes seem to be ignored. The order of include/exclude doesn't seem to make a difference. I tried wrapping the includes/excludes in a (the docs say it's implicit?), but it made no difference. I'm sure there's something simple I'm missing, since the manual has a very similar example, though in a somewhat different context. EDIT: It looks like it could be related to the dir="input" attribute: it's adding everything in "input", and then adding everything in the tarfileset to that. Files I want appear twice in the program.tar.bz2, but files that are excluded only appear once. But dir is mandatory, and I don't see how this is different from the examples in the manual.

PHP: include inside include

In dbc.php I have where the connection to the mysql db gets made, and all my functions is there. dbc.php is included on all my files. Now all functions are in dbc.php and i would like to sort out alittle. I was thinking about putting all form_*() functions to form_api.php, and then include it in dbc.php. But will this work? Can i just include inside a file i included? Or should i use require/include_once ? help me out thank you

mod rewritten directory shorten

I can only find mod rewrite examples/tutorials for query's, so can someone help me with this. I would like this http://website.tld/Folder1/Folder2/Folder3/Folder4/Folder5/File.exten to be transformed into http://website.tld/Folder4/File.exten Folder4 and Folder5 are multiple directories, while Folder 1-3 stay the same. Also File.exten also should be changeable in the rewrite. thanks.

Mod Rewriting Image Location Not Working Very Well

Hey, I'm trying to mod rewrite the image locations on my site, I'm just using this : rewriteRule ^thumbs/(.*)$ http://site2.com/images/$1 [L] so that I can redirect all image requests going from http://site1.com/thumbs/something to http://site2.com/thumbs/something But only some of the images are loading, and not all of them. Include path of php.ini ignored by Eclipse

Hi all, I have a PHP script to run. If I run it from the command line, it works fine (include path is set correctly). If I want to run it inside Eclipse (Run as script), then the PHP include path of my php.ini is replaced by Eclipse, with all the libraries I've added to the project. I've configured my PHP executable in Eclipse. I've set the correct PHP executable file, and I selected my php.ini file too (the right one, I've checked). But it is ignored... Help please !

I'd expect the following to work given two Jinja2 files: A.jinja: Stuff {% include 'B.jinja' -%} B has {{ N }} references B.jinja: {% set N = 12 %} I'd expect that A.jinja, when compiled with Jinja2, would produce the following output: Stuff B has 12 references However, it produces: Stuff B has references I'd be much obliged for any input as to how to access the Jinja2 variables, such as N above, in the file that includes the file where N is set. Althought script IS at Layouts folder and I checked with Reflector that it uses Layouts folder if Localizable='False'. I don't want this script to be loaded with every page, but only for forms. Any ideas on how this could be achieved?

So I was using DBContext and wanted to query a DBSet and include some of it’s associations and in the end, do a projection to get a list of Ids… At first it seems easy… Query your DBSet, call Include right afterward, then code the rest of your statement with the appropriate where clause and then, do the projection… Well it wasn’t that easy as my query required I code my where on some entities a few degree further in the association chain and most of these links where “Many”… I had to do my projection right away with the SelectMany method. So I did my stuff and tested the query…. no association where loaded… My Include statement was simply ignored ! Then I remembered this behavior and how to get it to work… You need to move the Include AFTER your first projection (Select or SelectMany). So my sequence became: Query the DBSet, do the projection with SelectMany, Include the associations, code the where clause and do the final projection…. but it wouldn’t compile… It kept saying that it could not find an “Include” method on an IQueryable… which is perfectly true! I knew this should work so I went to the definition of the DBset and saw it inherited DBQuery and sure enough the include method was there… So I had to cast my statement from start until the end of the first projection in a DBQuery then do the Includes and then the rest of my query…. Bottom line is, whenever your Include statement seem to be ignored, then maybe you will need to move them further down in your query and cast your statement in whatever class gives you access to the Include… Happy coding all !

I have a project that uses the moodle library. I had to change the URL from moodle.example.com to learn.example.com, due to a client request. I thought this would be an easy change, but alas moodle inserts all links and images in with the complete url instead of the relative url. Is it possible using mod-rewrite to point all requests to moodle.example.com to learn.example.com and maintain the query string? Example: I want a request to: http://moodle.example.com/course/view.php?id=2&topic=1 to go to http://learn.example.com/course/view.php?id=2&topic=1. Is this possible? Thanks, Josh

My file setup is basically index.php in the root and then a file called "includes" with a file "header.html" inside. controlling which project header file Xcode will include

My Xcode project builds to variations of the same product using two targets. The difference between the two is only on which version of an included library is used. For the .c source files it's easy to assign the correct version to the correct target using the target check box. However, including the header file always includes the same one. This is correct for one target, but wrong for the other one. Is there a way to control which header file is included by each target? Here is my project file hierarchy (which is replicated in Xcode): MyProject TheirOldLib theirLib.h theirLib.cpp TheirNewLib theirLib.h theirLib.cpp myCode.cpp and myCode.cpp does thing such as: #include "theirLib.h" … somecode() { #if OLDVERSION theirOldLibCall(…); #else theirNewLibCall(…); #endif } And of course, I define OLDVERSION for one target and not for the other. So is there a way to tell Xcode which theirLib.h to include per target? Constraints: - the two header files have the same name. As a last resort, I could rename one of them, but I'd rather avoid that as this will lead to major hair pulling on the other platforms. - I'm free to tweak my project as I otherwise see fit Thanks for any help.

Mod-Rewrite rules are breaking 404 routing

I am using the following mod-rewrite in my .htaccess file: RewriteRule ^$ pages/ RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d RewriteRule ^(.*)$ pages/$1 [L] The intention is to hide the subdirectory called /pages/ from displaying in the URL. So this: http://mysite.com/pages/home.html Will look like this: http://mysite.com/home.html It works but there are some unintended consequences. As a direct result of the .htaccess code I posted above, my 404 routing is no longer working at all. Anything that should trigger a 404 error page is instead generating a 500 Server Error. How to fix?

Apache mod-rewrite for shorter urls

Is it possible do do something like this with mod-rewrite? Current url: www.example.com/Departments/dynamicPage.php?DeptID=10&DeptName=HR to set up a rewrite so: www.example.com/hr could redirect to the above (with the arguments)? I know I could create an "hr" folder on the root level and put in an html page with a meta refresh, but I hate the extra clutter. I don't think a .htaccess 301 is possible, but please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm looking for an elegant solution that can be added to for future instances.

PHP Include and sort by variable within file

I have written this PHP include-script but now I'm trying to sort the included files out by variables WITHIN the included php's. In other words, in each included PHP file there is a rating, now I want the ratings to be read so that when they are included they will be sorted out from highest to lowest. (scores are like 6.0 to 9.0) Kind Regards! $location = 'experiments/visualizations'; foreach (glob("$location/*.php") as $filename) { include $filename; } The included files are named randomly like: File1: $filename = "AAAA"; $projecttitle = "Project Name"; $description = "This totally explains the product"; $score = "7.6"; File 2: $filename = "BBBB"; $projecttitle = "Project Name2" $description = "This totally explains the product"; $score = "9.6"; As you can see 9.6 is higher than 7.6 but PHP sorts the includes out by name instead of variables within the file. I tried sorting, but I can't get it fixed. Help!
