    Hi, I'm just starting with Propel and for more rapid development I'm curious if there is anything like automatic forms. Something like default administration in Django. I want to be able to output a form or to get all information I'll need. Even in the objects I didn't find all information which should be necessary to have everything for the form (name, type, length, related object, etc).

The point is that I have to store two very differently implemented classes, Bar and Baz, in one collection. Well, I observed that they have pretty similar public interface, so I created an interface IFoo and made them two to implement it. Now, I want to have tools to save and load this collection to/from XML. Unfortunately, this code doesn't quite work: the collection is saved, but then it cannot be loaded! The intended output is 1 2 3 some xml 1 2 3 But unfortunately, the actual output is 1 2 3 some xml com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.dom.ElementNSImpl cannot be cast to testapplication1.IFoo Apparently, I need to use the annotations in a different way? Or to give up on JAXB and look for something else? I, well, can write "XMLNode toXML()" method for all classes I wan't to (de)marshal, but...

That is, all input/output is tunneled thru a given interface. Like a kind of restricted javacsript.   • Dynamically loaded jQuery with GreaseMonkey inconsistent on pages (refreshing seems to fix it)... do

    Hi, I want a custom page analysis footer on every site I visit... so I've used a method to attach JQuery to unsafeWindow. I then create a floating footer on the page. I want to be able to call commands in a menu, do some processing, then put the results in the footer. Unfortunately it sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't. At least two alerts should happen in the printOutput function. Sometimes it only fires one, then it (crashes?) without error? On other pages, both alerts fire and it finds the element, but it doesn't add the extra text. (e.g. www.linode.com) Refreshing the page, then running the printOutput command again seems to always work. Does anyone know what's going on???     Look at this ruby example: puts ["Dog","Cat","Gates"].1 This will output Cat as ruby allows me to directly access the "anonymous" array created. If I try this in PHP, however: echo array("Dog","Cat,"Gates")[1] This won't work. What is this called, not only concerning arrays but all functions? Where else is it possible? Feel free to change the question title when you know how this "feature" is called.

  • problem with mingw32-make

    hi, I'm quite new with makefile but I don't think the problem I got is caused by my noobness. Somehow if I try to execute mingw32-make from Users/(user)/Documents/myProject the output is "mingw32-make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop." if I just drag the folder with it to my Desktop and execute make, it works. Any ideas why does it behave like this or perhaps how to make it work from Documents directory too?

I've looked through the entire output and there are NO references to http: I've searched for unsource Iframes, which cause this message, and there are none and other than jquery 1.4 there isn't even the text "iframe" in the source.     Is it possible to set a default behaviour for custom (non-native) methods/functions in Java? For example, I would like to change the default "Function" to do a System.out.println("message") whenever called. So, when a custom method/function is being created: public String testMethod() { //custom code } it should execute the newly added default behaviour (in this case the system output), before the custom code is run. Even if this would be a bad excercise, is it possible? Maybe by extending the function class or something?

Is there any free tool which will take a single image, and output a single image containing several rotations? I'm looking for an addin that allows you to right-click on a file and select "view preprocessed" - or any similar solution that would basically preprocess the currently-open file (with the appropriate options from the current configuration) and show me the output, with no extra hassle.
