    I'm using networkx to work with graphs. I have pretty large graph (it's near 200 nodes in it) and I try to find all possible paths between two nodes. But, as I understand, networkx can find only shortest path. How can I get not just shortest path, but all possible paths?

  • problem with two .NET threads and hardware access

    I'm creating an application which communicates with the device via FT2232H USB/RS232 converter. For communication I'm using FTD2XX_NET.dll library from FTDI website. I'm using two threads: first thread continuously reads data from the device the second thread is the main thread of the Windows Form Application I've got a problem when I'm trying to write any data to the device while the receiver's thread is running. The main thread simply hangs up on ftdiDevice.Write function. I tried to synchronize both threads so that only one thread can use Read/Write function at the same time, but it didn't help. Below code responsible for the communication. Note that following functions are methods of FtdiPort class.     Given two arrays like the following: a = array([1,2,4,5,6,8,9]) b = array([3,4,7,10]) I would like the output to be: c = array([1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10]) or: c = array([1,2,3,4,4,5,6,7,8,9,10]) I'm aware that I can do the following: c = sort(unique(concatenate((a,b))) I'm just wondering if there is a faster way to do it as the arrays I'm dealing with have millions of elements.   • How can I capture GNUMake differences between two directories

    I have a tricky issue with gmake, when I build from the parent directory, something is different and the make does not build all the .o(s) it needs and fails, but if I cd to the directory and do a make it builds them fine. How can I get GNUmake to tell me the difference between these two runs? There must be some make variables set in the parent that break the child, but I need help figuring out how to track them down.

When I was doing some research on it, people say that XML parsers like DOM or StAX will have to be used. But cant I do it with the regular IOStream? The only problem is I have to be sure it works for both situations: If both the source and destination databases are on the same server, and if they're not.   • Mercurial: Creating a diff of two commits

    Is there a way to get the changes of two commits with mercurial? The second commit is not directly after the first one, there are some other ones between them. I tried hg diff [some params] --change xxxxx --change yyyyy > file.patch but that only includes the last changeset. If there is no way to achieve this with hg, is there maybe a tool to combine patches?

  • wpf window ghosting problem when resizing over two screens

If I resize my WPF app so that it stretches over two monitors in a dual monitor setup, and resize it back, there will be a ghost window in the second monitor that does nothing, but is still moved when I move the original window in the first screen. Has anyone had issues like this? I think its a refresh bug on some OSs (I use WINXP 32 bit), but would like to confirm with the community.

Both sequences are no longer than 16b so output will fit into 32bit integer.
