  • Problem Building dschaefer / android-box2d

    I'm trying to build dschaefer android-box2d, and did follow the recipe. There are some other that have the same problem HERE but I do not know how to fix it.

But I am still suck on this one: My code is: StreamReader reader = new StreamReader(fDialog.FileName.ToString()); string content = reader.ReadToEnd(); reader.Close(); I am reading in a text file and I want to search for this text and change it (the X and Y value always follow each other in my text file): X17.8Y-1. But this text can also be X16.1Y2.3 (the values will always be different after X and Y) I want to change it to this X17.8Y-1.G54 or X(value)Y(value)G54 My RegEx statement follows but it is not working. content = Regex.Replace(content, @"(X(?:\d*\.)?\d+)*(Y(?:\d*\.)?\d+)", "$1$2G54"); Can someone please modify it for me so it works and will search for X(wildcard) Y(Wildcard) and replace it with X(value)Y(value)G54?

The issue I have if I go to delete a Database it wants to Delete the DatabaseUser also.. Is there a way to stop this from happening easily?

    I've been trying to track the progress of a file upload but keep on ending up at dead ends (uploading from a C# application not a webpage). So I tried using HttpWebRequest to stream the data instead (I know this is not the exact equivalent of a file upload as it does not produce multipart/form-data content but it does serve to illustrate my problem). I also tried setting SendChunked to true (with and without setting the ContentLength as well). It seems like the data still gets cached before being sent over the network. Is there something wrong with one of these approaches or is there perhaps another way I can track the progress of file uploads from a windows application?

    Hello people, I'm getting crazy with a small problem here, I keep getting an error and I cant seem to figure out why, the code is supposed to change the range of a list, so if we give it a list with values (1 2 3 4) and we want to change the range in 11 to fourteen the result would be (11 12 13 14) the problem is that the last function called scale-list will give back an error saying: Debugger entered--Lisp error: (wrong-type-argument number-or-marker-p nil) anybody has a clue why?     Hello, I'm trying to get a View in Backbone.js to save when there's a 'change' event if (and only if) the data has changed.   • Django Per-site caching using memcached

    Hi, So I'm using per-site caching on a project and I've observed the following, which is kind of confusing. When I load a flat page in my browser then change it through admin and then do a refresh (within the cache timeout) there is no change in the page--as expected. However when I stat a new session in a different browser and load the page (still within the timeout) the app is hit instead of the cache, with the Isn't the cache key generated from the URL? it seems that the session state is getting in there somewhere, which is causing a cache miss.   • How to hold three different text alignments in one CSS Box ?

    Good day, I've got a simple CSS question. I'm trying to change a table into a CSS box, but aligning the table content is difficult to me right now. Below there's an example of what's inside of the css box i created. How can I align these three elements (calendar and icon to the left , a text link to the center, and the other date field to the right ?) correctly ? I've tried several things but the problem is getting it aligned properly. I want to change everything in this application that has been created with tables, to css.   • sys.stdout not reassigning to sys.__stdout__

    I'm pretty new to Python so I am still just learning the language. One of the things I came across was reassigning sys.stdout to change the default output of print. So I wrote this as a test: import sys sys.stdout = open('log.txt','a') print('hey') sys.stdout.close() sys.stdout = sys.__stdout__ print('hi') Now the string 'hi' is not written to the file but it does not show in the default output either. When I assign some other variable to sys.stdout in the beginning and change it back it works, but I'm just wondering why its not changing back the first time.

  • iphone/ipad orientation handling

    This is more of a general question for people to provide me guidance on, basically Im learning iPad/iPhone development and have finally come across the multi-orientation support question. I have looked up a fair amount of doco, and my book "Beginning iPhone 3 Development" has a nice chapter on it. But my question is this, if I was to programatically change my controls (or even use different views for each orientation) how on earth to people maintain their code base? I can just imagine so many issues with spaghetti code/thousands of "if" checks all over the place, that it would drive me nuts to make one small change to the UI arrangement. Does anyone have experience handling this issue? What is a nice way to control it? Thanks a lot Mark

  • insertRecord into QSqlTableModel fails, but item appears in QListView

    I got a pretty weird problem with a QSqlTableModel. The underlying SQL Database has a constraint Title UNIQUE. If I add a record which violates the constraint using insertRecord, the call fails (return value is false.) However, the view which uses the model displays the entry -- I have to manually remove it in order to get rid of it. How can I change this so the view does not get updated when an insertRecord fails? I would have assumed that the view gets only updated if there is really a change ...

    We have a tool that generates some code (.cs) files that are used to build the project. The tool is run during the pre-build step, but the files are updated in the solution only after the build, which means the build needs to be performed twice to clear the errors after a change to the input. Example: Modify Tool Input File Run Build Tool Runs and changes source file Build Fails Run Build Tool Runs and changes source file (but it doesn's actually change, because the input remains the same) Build Succeeds Any ideas how we can do away with the double build, and still let our tool be run from VS?     Normally you can login to sites that require HTTP basic authentication by passing the username and password in the URL, e.g.: http://myusername:[email protected]/mypath On my Linux machine, I could access this website without problems with my Konqueror browser as well as with my Opera browser. But with Firefox it doesn't work? It always displays the "Authentication Required" dialog window? Any ideas why it would work with the other browsers but not with Firefox? Peter

After running an individual test case I have to re-import my database tables using phpMyAdmin. Here are the relevant files: This is the class I'm trying to test comment.php.
