    I know a good bit of JS and I'm familiar with jQuery, and I'm trying to create an "endless" slideshow (like the one on http://thisismedium.com/), where the images scroll -- one right behind the other -- and when it reaches the end it loops. I don't really know how to start, so I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I created a slideshow before that automatically switched images and let you click Next and Previous, but I'm stuck here. =/.

    I'm new to JSON and ajax, but i'm trying to access data in an array where the items are enumerated in a sub array within another sub array. So, I can access without issues data.items[0].details.specs.name data.items[0].details.specs.id etc But I run into problems with I try to access something like data.items[0].details.specs[1].name data.items[0].details.specs[1].id data.items[0].details.specs[2].name data.items[0].details.specs[2].id etc Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to access this second aspect?     I'm trying to compare two entries in a database, so when a user makes a change, I can fetch both database entries and compare them to see what the user changed, so I would have an output similar to: User changed $fieldName from $originalValue to $newValue I've looked into this and came accross array_diff but it doesn't give me the output format I need. Before I go ahead and write a function that does this, and returns it as a nice $mtextFormatDifferenceString, can anyone point me in the direction of a solution that already does this? I don't want to re-invent the wheel..

    Let me explain what I'm trying to do. I want to make a simple box which counts down numbers at intervals I specify. For example, I'd like to set it to start at 150, and then I want to set it to drop by 15 every 30 seconds. Is this possible with AJAX/Javascript? If so, could someone point me in the right direction?
