• IronPython overriding __setattr__ and __getattr__

  I'm trying to implement a class in C# with a method that intercepts the Python __setattr__ and __getattr__ magic methods. I found this bug report: http://ironpython.codeplex.com/WorkItem/View.aspx?WorkItemId=8143 But that is from 2008, and nowhere can I find ICustomAttributes or PythonNameAttribute. I don't see anything useful in Interfaces.cs either. Can someone point me in the right direction?

• JavaScript Music Player with progress bar?

  I am creating a little JavaScript music player that sits on the btottom of the page, a lot like streampad. But streampad uses a flash progress bar for the song and JavaScript for everything else and I am having a hard time finding anyone who does this with JavaScript alone.   I would like to compile irb from source without any optimizations so I can get more information while stepping through (interpreter) code using gdb. I have successfully compiled ruby 1.9.1 without problems, but I cannot find any documentation regarding irb. I believe that irb is included in the ruby 1.9 source, but have not been able to verify this. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

  I need to know the best way to detect a winning move in a game of noughts and crosses. Source code doesn't matter, I just need a example or something I can start with. The only thing I can come up with is to use loops and test every direction for every move a player makes, to search for e.g five in a row. Is there a faster and more efficient way?

  What is a good tool for PDF report generation in Python? I've checked out ReportLab, but it seems to be awfully low-level for what I want to do. My current hunch is to call TeX on the command-line and let it produce the PDF, but if there is something that is easier to work with (and looks professional - We'll send this to customers) I'd very much like a prod in the right direction.

"I have to be at customer x before 12am)" and assumed symmetry. • Having issues with div layouts

  Hi all, Trying to build the OCaml Win32 API binaries for OCaml 3.11.0 on Win 7 and I consistently get a message when I try nmake dynamic: 'cannot open input file "ocamlrun.lib"'. My google skills seem to be failing me--is there something I need to do to get this .lib file? It doesn't seem to be part of the libraries which are included in the OCaml binary distribution for Windows. Can anyone give me a pointer in the right direction?

When you go to MS website you can download an exe. That then downloads the rest of the files.   I am looking for a solution to create a "virtual" webcam device under OS X (that acts just as a normal hardware webcam, but the application has full control over what to output).
