Am I wrong here?: If I create a symbolic link within a folder in my %PATH%, the referenced directory should work as if it had actually been added to %PATH%, right?

There is an stop button on the progress view and I want to create some kind of listener to handle the events of the chancel button, but I don't know how I can do it. I know the monitor has an isChancel() method, but I have to create come kind of listener to listen when user clicks the stop button, while the plugin works. Please give me some advice. The difficult part here is to validate proper starting and ending parentheses with in the formula. I believe, there would be some sample on the web but I could not find it. For example in my application if I want the user to push a button and launch right into the Phone app (close the current app, open the Phone app), would this be possible? I know this can be done for making phone calls with the tel URL link, but I want to instead just have the Phone app launch without dialing any specific number.

    I can compile DLLs properly using mingw and do the exports/imports stuff. What I am looking for is defining the dll onload function properly as you would in MS VC products. Google didn't turn up anything. Anyone have any ideas or a link to a tutorial?     I have an entry in my hosts file that points somesite.com to 127.0.0.1 (localhost) so that I can test certain aspects of my web app (i goto http://somesite.com in a browser to test). Can someone suggest a way to debug a setup like this (in visual studio) that does not include using http://localhost? I understand that this can most likely be done using remote debugger, if that is the best way can someone explain how thats setup (or a link to a good article).

    Hi experts, I use the code provided by Fedor in the following link, in order to get the latitude and longitude from my simple demo app. I am trying to fetch the latitude and longitude using the MyLocation class provided by him in that link. What is the simplest and most robust way to get the user's current location in Android? I try to fetch the latitude and longitude on a button click. On the button click, I start an async task and delegate the location fetching work to the do in background method of my asynctask. pre execute - progressdialog initiated. post execute - progress dialog dismissed. This is how, the progress dialog in my code should work and here is the issue which I have. THe progress dialog gets initiated correctly, but even before the latitude and longitude gets printed in the doinbackground method, the progress dialog gets dismissed. I do not understand why this happens.
