Moving a window that can't be dragged by the title bar?

I have Fallout Collection and I am trying to run it windowed because of the low resolution. When I change the mode to windowed via the .ini file, however, it starts the game with the window shoved into the upper left corner of my screen. Clicking the title bar of the window just clicks back into the game program. So how can I move it to the center of my screen? I am using Windows 7 professional 64-bit.

getting the names of elements in JS/jQuery

I have some checkbox inputs like so: <input type="checkbox" name="1" class="filter"/> <input type="checkbox" name="2" class="filter"/> ...etc... I'm trying to write a function where any time a checkbox is selected, it generates a string with all the names concatenated. Here's what I have so far: $('.filter').click(function(event){ var filters = $('.filter').toArray(); var fstr = ""; for (f in filters) { fstr = fstr+","+f.name; } alert(fstr); }); The names keep coming up as 'undefined', though (i.e. the alert returns ,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined). How do I access the names?

Clearcase and java process : changing view does not apply

i have a simple application, which receives input from a user for a CC stream name, and is suppose to return the content of a specific file from this stream repository. I have tried doing this using a simple shell script: user enters stream name, java receives stream name, runs a process which runs a script "myccscript.sh" which contains "myinput=$1; cleartool setview $myinput" (or something like that). then i try reading the file and printing it's content in the java side. BUT, after the process is finished - the view is not the view from the user input - that environment was probably only valid for the process Ive created. how do i change the clearcase view to the main java process? When you use the cachedwithin attribute in a cfquery how does it store the query in memory. Does it store it by only the name you assign to the query? For example, if on my index page I cache a query for an hour and name it getPeople will a query with the same name on a different page (or the same page for that matter) use the cached results or does it use some better logic to decide if it is the same query? Also, if there is a variable in your query does the cache take into account the value of the variable?

How can I get values from one table to another via similar values?

I have a table called excel that has 3 columns, name, id, and full_name. The name part is the only one I have and I need to fill id and full_name. The other table that contains the data is called tim_pismena and has 2 columns that I need, id and pismeno_name (the actual names are not important, but i'm writing them just for clarity). In pseudooracle code :) the select that gets me the values from the second table would be done something like this: SELECT tp.id, tp.pismeno_name FROM tim_pismena tp WHERE upper(tp.naziv_pismena) LIKE IN upper('%(SELECT ime as FROM excel)%') and when used with an insert, the end result should be something like name id full_name Happy Joe 55 Very fun place Happy Joe, isn't it?

Radeon X1300 acceleration

Hello, I've just bought a Samsung XL2370 with a native resolution of 1920x1080. Should a Radeon X1300 be capable of shifting around windows on a screen that size? Because maximising and minimising windows, scrolling in Firefox and VS2008 seems very slow and jerky. Does the Radeon X1300 have any hardware accelearation? My old display was only 1028x768 and I never noticed any problems. Maybe is it time to buy a new graphics card? Thanks, AJ

what i want to do is that when you vote Y or N (two different radio buttons) and then it inserts into the "vote" column(in database) = Y or N(what you pickd), if nothing then echo error. I know how to do this like halfway, i never worked with radiobuttons before so i need you guys. Here's a two radio button right: Yes: <input type="radio" value="Y" id="voteYes" name="vote"></input> <br> No: <input type="radio" value="N" id="voteNo" name="vote"> </input> I gave the value N and Y, not the same ID, but the same name. I think its right, but how should i do with the PHP part of what i want to do? I mean shall i call for "vote"? ($_GET["vote"]) i dont think so.. here's where im stuck

knockout.js with optionsValue and value

Is there a way to keep the value binding to the object, but have the optionsValue be a property on the object. As of now if I specify both, the optionsValue property that is selected will populate the value binding. Id like to keep the object intact in the observable, but specify what value to be set in the select list value. Hi all, Under Hudson, does somebody know how to specify a release tag name in a cvs checkout ? At the moment, i only specify the CVSROOT and modules names to checkout my project in my workspace. I tried to add '-r TAG_NAME' for each module name, but it doesn't work. I think that this functionality exist, so if someone as the right syntax/way to do it.. :) Thanks in advance for your help. I have two sections of code. Code #1: <select data-bind="options: operatingSystems, optionsText: function (item) { return item.Name }, value: selectedOperatingSystem"></select> Code #2: <script type="text/html" id="os-template-detail"> <option data-bind="text: Name" class="body-text"></option> </script> <select data-bind="value: selectedOperatingSystem, template: { name: 'os-template-detail', foreach: operatingSystems }"></select> Both shows data from json correctly. With code #1, it updates the value when I select an item on the list while code #2 does not update anything when I change the item. I am pretty new to Knockout.js and have no idea why Code #2 doesn't work. Is it the limitation of Knockout that preventing me from using template and value at the same time?

How do I fix this warning in my mx:request tag?

I'm running an HTTPService with the following request: <mx:request xmlns=""> <view>{myViewStack.selectedChild.name}</view> </mx:request> The idea being to pass which child is selected on the viewstack to the php page, and then get that back so I can run some logic based on which child of the viewstack was selected at the time. Everything seems to work, but I get the following warning: Data binding will not be able to detect assignments to "name". This doesn't seem to be causing any trouble, but I know warnings usually mean that I am not following the best practice. How can I fix this? I don't really need this item to be bound, because the name will never change at runtime, but I don't know how else to include it in the request.

MySQL sorting: NULL to the end & use index? Not possible?

Hello fellow experts, I have a huge table and I want simple sorting. It could be so easy. I could just create an index and do some really fast sorting thanks to that index. But my client wants to put NULLs to the end, which is complicates the whole situation. Instead of simple: SORT BY name ASC I have to do SORT BY name IS NULL ASC, name ASC. That would be ok, but it because of that my index is useless, and the sorting is very slow. I don't know if there's a way to solve this problem, but if there is one, I desperately ask for help. :'(

bash script to find/grep particular string in xml files in particular folders

i have a problem at work, where i need to simplify the process how i searrh for logs. I would like to ask for help from experts here. We have different services for every channel. The structure is following: - root/channel_1/service_1/2014-05-21/file_54544654541.xml - root/channel_1/server2_2/2014-05-20/file_74272172.xml - root/channel_1/service_3/2014-05-22/file_45456546.xml - root/channel_2/service_4/2014-05-23/file_78754456.xml - root/channel_2/service_5/2014-05-24/file_546546546.xml my main problem is to find particular string in these xml files. Lets say, i know the channel name but i dont know the service name under which my particular string should be present. Also i know the date. So in search i want to enter the channel name the date and string. The search would be going via all service folders and looking for string only in all xml files under particular date folder and particular channel. any ideas for quickest and easiest solution to achieve this? Either by bash or perl? Any help would be appreciated thanks
