  My TestLayer class has the namespace: "BLL.Infrastructure.TestLayer" and is inside the assembly: "BLL" public class LayerFactory<T, U> { public static IBaseLayer<T, U> Get() { var obj = Activator.CreateInstance("BLL", "BLL.Infrastructure.TestLayer", new object[] { (IBaseLayer<T, U>)null }); } } When I run the code the Activator throws an TypeLoadException with no more details Thats the concrete class it should create: GenericBaseLayer implements the IBaseLayer. public class TestLayer<T, U> : GenericBaseLayer<MyRequest, MyInfo.ActionType> { public TestLayer(IBaseLayer<MyRequest, MyInfo.ActionType> layer) : base(layer) { } } What do I wrong?

  In my application I have added a Properties.cs file which contains properties that I am would use through out the application. I am getting NullReferenceException = Object reference not set to an instance of an object.   in object oriented php mysqli I am trying to request a username, and return if it matches a row, without actually returning any user data. • Programatically Start OSGi (Equinox)?

  I'd like to be able to easily start an OSGi framework (preferably Equinox) and load up any bundles listed in my pom from a java main. Is this possible? If so, how? It seems like the pax tools would do this, but I can't seem to find any documentation indicating such. I know I can start up Equinox like so: BundleContext context = EclipseStarter.startup( ( new String[] { "-console" } ), null ); But I'd like to do more - like I said: load more bundles in, maybe start some services, etc.

  Unless I misunderstood it, this LINK from Apple's documentation clearly states that the class initializer, "+ (void)initialize)", only executes once per class. Here is the excerpt: Special Considerations initialize it is invoked only once per class. If you want to perform independent initialization for the class and for categories of the class, you should implement load methods. However, I'm getting a weird behavior on my project and the initializer is being executed twice. So I have to check if _classContext is null. I only got one class that has this method. What are the possible reasons why this is happening? I'm using XCode 4.5.2 and OS X 10.8.2. • Android Canvas.DrawBitmap without blurring/AntiAliasing?

  I'm trying to make an android game using sprites, (or very pixelated characters, backgrounds etc.). I draw them on the canvas like so... matrix.preScale(xrat,yrat); canvas.drawBitmap(img, matrix, null); Where img is the Bitmap and the xrat and yrat are the scales. My problem is that when I test, the Bitmap is blurry or anti-aliased, is there a way to prevent this? The rigid-blocky art style of the game will be ruined if the blocks are blurry. Any (ANY) help appreciated!

  Hello, I am writing my first shader in WebGL. I was wondering if the GLSL language has any way to evaluate if an attribute or a uniform is null. According to the specs it does not support to do something like if (attributeX) { dothis(); } else{ dothat(): } And I think it would be a waste to write a bool attribute for each of these cases would be a waste. Another question: what happen during rendering when you don't pass along the uniforms or attribs to the shader? Thanks!

The View contains HTML like this: <input name="SubDTO[0].Id" value="1" type="checkbox"> <input name="SubDTO[1].Id" value="2" type="checkbox"> This is my simplified ‘model’: public class SubDTO { public virtual string Id { get; set; } } public class DTO { public List<SubDTO> SubDTOs { get; set; } public DTO() { SubDTOs = new List< SubDTO>(); } } All this works fine if the user selects at least the first checkbox (SubDTO[0].Id). The controller ‘receives’ a nicely initialised/bound DTO. However, if the first check box is not selected but only, for example, SubDTO[1].Id the object SubDTOs is null. • Correct (pretty) window redraw during the creation

  Does anyone know what is a correct way to redraw window during lengthy initialization operations? Say I have HWND with NULL brush, and it does some not so quick child window initialization (Window initialization is not so quick on Vista and 7, especially on netbooks, even with threaded app). With this config window stays black for half a second on slower laptops. But if I supply window color brush, it seems that there are some sort of child controls or something that draws black squares on top of it, which also seems ugly. Even though the controls are created without WS_VISIBLE initially. Oh, the window has the WS_EX_COMPOSITED style, which should do the double buffering to avoid flicker. But it still behaves ugly. Are there any other tricks I've forgotten, missed?

  I currently have a abstract controller class that I all my controllers inherit from. In my master page I want to be able to access some data that will be in Session and also the currently user (IPrinciple). I read that I could use the contructor of by abstract base controller class, that is I could do something like public BaseController() { ViewData["SomeData"] = Session["SomeData"]; ViewData["UserName"] = this.User.Identity.Name; } I could then access ViewData["UserName"] etc from my master page. My problem is that both Session and User are null at this point. Does anybody know of a different approach? Thanks in advance.

• Windows Phone 7 HttpRequest Unable to see true Error Code and response details

  I have to call a somewhat broken API from a Windows Phone 7 application. The API returns a 302 error and a cookie to the authentication request. I've tried every way I've been able to find in the MSDN documentation for using ClientHTTP instead of BrowserHTTP (registering the prefix, using the call to explicitly create a ClientHTTP using Request), but the 302 is getting translated to a 404 and I'm not seeing the cookies on the response. I've tried a WebClient, I've tried an HttpRequest and it is always the translated error message. If I allocate a CookieContainer for the HttpRequest, I get a null argument exception when the client stack is parsing the returned message. I can see that the response is coming back as expected via Fiddler.

  I'm posting a form with javascript and it seems to be changing a value that I've entered in. I see this in fiddler. If get rid of the javascript and click the button above, it goes through how it should. Why is JQuery changing my text?
