• JSP Googlemaps taglib not found, where have I gone wrong?

  I'm trying to add Google Maps onto my JSPs by using the Googlemaps taglib. I've added this into my maven pom <dependency> <groupId>com.lamatek</groupId> <artifactId>googlemaps</artifactId> <version>0.98c</version> <scope>provided<>/scope </dependency> This then included the googlemaps-0.98c library under my project libraries in NetBeans, I right clicked and selected Manually install artifact and located the googlemaps.jar file I had downloaded. I've then added this into my taglibs file <%@taglib prefix="googlemaps" uri="/WEB-INF/googlemaps" %> And have then included this where I actually want to show a map on my jsp <googlemaps:map id="map" width="250" height="300" version="2" type="STREET" zoom="12"> <googlemaps:key domain="localhost" key="xxxx"/> <googlemaps:point id="point1" address="74 Connors Lane" city="Elkton" state="MD" zipcode="21921" country="US"/> <googlemaps:marker id="marker1" point="point1"/> </googlemaps:map> But when I load up my application, I get the following error. org.apache.jasper.JasperException: /jsp/dashboard.jsp(1,1) /jsp/common/taglibs.jsp(6,56) PWC6117: File "/WEB-INF/googlemaps" not found root cause org.apache.jasper.JasperException: /jsp/common/taglibs.jsp(6,56) PWC6117: File "/WEB-INF/googlemaps" not found Have I missed something simple? • Rails has_and_belongs_to_many relationship question

  Hello all, I'm sure that this question has been asked somewhere before, as the habtm relationship seems to be very confusing. I have two models, users and promotions. The idea is that a promotion can have many users, and a user can have many promotions. class User < ActiveRecord::Base has_and_belongs_to_many :promotions end class Promotion < ActiveRecord::Base has_and_belongs_to_many :users end I also have a promotions_users table/model, with no id of its own. It references user_id and promotions_id class PromotionsUsers < ActiveRecord::Base end So, how do I add a user to a promotion? I've tried something like this: user = User.find(params[:id]) promotion = Promotion.find(params[:promo_id]) promo = user.promotions.new(promo) This results in the following error: NoMethodError: undefined method `stringify_keys!' for #<Promotion:0x10514d420> If I try this line instead: promo= user.promotions.new(promo.id) I get this error: TypeError: can't dup Fixnum I'm sure that there is a very easy solution to my problem, and I'm just not searching for the solution the right way. Now I would like to INSERT something into my database using 3 textboxes and 1 submit button. I have 3 rows that has to be inserted: Headline Date Content/the news itself.   Hi, i'm creating a brand new masterpage with VS2010 Beta 2 and I get this warning (that causes me errors in the content pages): Validation (XHTML 1.0 Transitional): Content is not supported outside 'script' or 'asp:content' regions. • Javascript Onclick Problem with Table Rows

  Hello. I am having problems with my JScript code. I am trying to loop through all of the rows in a table and add an onclick event. I can get the onclick event to add but have a couple of problems. The first problem is that all rows end up getting set up with the wrong parameter for the onclick event. The second problem is that it only works in IE. For some reason, when shanesObj.tableRowEvent is called, the onclick is set up for all rows with the last value id that went through iteration on the loop (94). • Having a hard time implementing jquery serialScroll to a website. Need help!

  Here's the page I am attempting to implement it on. www.yosoh.com/2010/advertising/beyond/ I have a custom script with figures out the width of all the images, adds it up, then sets the width of that page... I'd like to be able to set the arrows at the top to scroll to the next div (div.portfolioImage). I've followed Ariel Fischer's demo and documentation as best I can... but something keeps escaping me.   I am building an extension that has a pop up whose elements are constructed by a function call everytime the mouse hovers over the popup option. I am able to achieve this. Now I need to have a popup for each of the menu item (inside the original popup) which is not dynamic though. Can we do this at all? can we have double dynamic popups?

• Help with pregreplace and uniqid for jquery dialog boxes

  First of all, do not be overwhelmed by the long code, I just put it for reference...I have a function that runs preg_replace on each comment users post and puts matches in a jquery dialog box with a matching open-link. For example, if there is a paragraph with two matches, they will be put inside two divs, and a jquery dialog function will be echoed twice; one for each div. While this works for one match, if there are multiple matches, it does not. I am not sure how to distribute unique ids at a point in time for each of the divs and matching dialog open-scripts. Keep in mind, I removed the preg replace function since it kind of complicates the problem. • jquery use return data from 2 functions in another function ---always get undefined. why ??

  Function socialbookmarksTableData(data) is called by another function to generate the content of a table -- data is a JSON object. Inside the function i call 2 other functions that use getJSON and POST (with json as a return object) to get some data. The problem is: though the functions execute correctly i get undefined value for the 2 variables (bookmarkingSites, bookmarkCategories). • OpenStreetMap Proximity search using mySQL

  Hi, I'm just playing around with a dataset of my region generated by JOSM. I moved it into a mySQL DB with the 0.6 API scheme using Osmosis and now I'm desperately trying the following: I want to get all streets of a city. AFAIK there is no tag/relation in the OSM data to determine this so I tried it using a proximity search to get all nodes in a radius around a node representing the city center.   I'm trying to implement a GridView with paging inside a UpdatePanel. Everything works great when I do my first click. The paging kicks in and the next set of data is loaded quickly. • Exchange Web Services and Property Sets

  I need to retrieve calendar information by invoking the Exchange Web Service in BPOS. I'm using a CalendarView with a PropertySet to retrieve as little data as possible. However, property sets seems to be limited. I need the EmailAddress of the one who made the calendar appointment so I thought I could use the AppointmentSchema.Organizer in the PropertySet. When fetching a whole Appointment I can get the e-mail through appt.Organizer.EmailAddress. But with the code below the Organizer.EmailAddress is always null. I've enabled the trace and checked it and only the Organizer.Name property is sent, nothing else. Does anyone have a solution on how to get the EmailAddress when using a PropertySet?   I have two tables in the model, one table contains entries related to the other table in a one to many relations, for example: Table User ID Name Table Comments ID UserID Title Text I want to show a datagrid in a WPF window with two columns, one text column with the User name and another column with a combobox showing all the comments made by the user. The datagrid definition is like this: <DataGrid AutoGenerateColumns="False" [layout options...] Name="dataGrid1" ItemsSource="{Binding}"> <DataGrid.Columns> <DataGridTextColumn Header="Name" Binding="{Binding Path=Name}"/> <DataGridComboBoxColumn Header="Comments" SelectedValueBinding="{Binding Path=UserID}" SelectedValuePath="ID" DisplayMemberPath="Title" ItemsSource="{Binding Path=Comments}" /> </DataGrid.Columns> </DataGrid> in the code I assign the DataContext like this: dataGrid1.DataContext = entities.Users; The entity User has a property named Comments that leads to all the comments made by the user. The queries are returning data and the user names are shown but the combobox is not being filled. May be the approach is totally wrong or I'm just missing a very simple point here, I'm opened to learn better methods to do this. Thanks

  I'm attempting to set a class on the body tag in my asp.net site which uses a master page and content web forms. I simply want to be able to do this by adding a bodycssclass property (see below) to the content web form page directive. It works through the solution below but when i attempt to view Default.aspx the Content1 control loses its content. Any ideas why? Here is how I'm doing it.   I'm trying to request a HTTP resource that requires basic authorization headers from within an Adobe AIR application. I've tried manually adding the headers to the request, as well as using the setRemoteCredentials() method to set them, to no avail.
