• Build tools for php, html, css, js web app development

  What are some recommendations for a build tool that would allow me to upload changes to a web server or a repository and minify the js and css automatically, and possibly even run Closure compiler on the JavaScript? Im not worried about doing anything with the php code other than update with most recent changes although in the future would like to have phpdoc updated automatically. Just wondering if there is some way to do all this other than an amalgam of scripts that run or have to be invoked every time. Thanks.

• CCNet TFS Migration - Dealing with left over folders

  Im currently in the process of migrating our many BizTalk projects from MKS source control to TFS.  While we will be using TFS for work item tracking and source control etc we will be continuing to use Cruise Control for continuous integration although im updating this to CCNet 1.5 at the same time. Ill post a few things as much as a reminder to myself about some of the problems we come across. Problem After the first build of our code the next time a build is triggered an error is encountered by the TFS source control block refreshing the source code. Interestingly there are other folders created by the build which are deleted fine.  My assumption is that this if something to do with the file adapter polling the directory.  However note that we have not had this problem with other source control blocks in the past. • ubuntu wont boot,, frozen at boot manager

  im running ubuntu desktop 12.04, and well, i have no idea what happened. my computer lost power and died, and when i plugged it in and powered back on it took me to the sign in page and froze. i turned the computer off again and powered back on, this time hitting f2 and going to boot options, and the boot options page is frozen. ive powered up and down and tried a few times, all i get is a frozen boot options screen any ideas?

• SEO Pros and cons of having your blog in a subdirectory or subdomain

I need to have a certain length of string in characters, and stretch or shrink the string on the entire width of the page layout. I have tried a2ps and enscript, but there is no such option.   Im new in linux, just installed Ubuntu 11.10 in a Dell Inspiron 9400, everything works fine with the exception of the SD card reader, everytime I insert a card the computer doesnt do anything, its like the SD card reader is not there. However Im not sure how to completely remove LDAP now. I can remove it using apt-get, but if I attempt to reinstall it and login using phpLDAPadmin it seems that it's still looking for older authentication and gives me a credential error

  From 12.04 I changed to win 8 consumer preview and now i want to go to 12.10, however i cant seem get past the Ubuntu loadingscreen( with the dots going from white to yellow etc.) it has taken more then an hour now and all my DVD drive does is speed up and slow down every 3 seconds. So i tried it again, but nothing changed im stuck on the same spot. what could cause this problem? And even better, how do i solve it?

I can connect 2 shapes together with a line (process, entity, data store) but does the single line connecting the two mean data flow? • Arcball 3D camera - how to convert from camera to object coordinates

  I have checked multiple threads before posting, but i havent been able to figure this one out. Ok so i have been following this tutorial, but im not using glm, ive been implementing everything up until now, like lookat etc. http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/OpenGL_Programming/Modern_OpenGL_Tutorial_Arcball So i can rotate with the click and drag of the mouse, but when i rotate 90º degrees around Y and then move the mouse upwards or donwwards, it rotates on the wrong axis, this problem is demonstrated on this part of the tutorial An extra trick is converting the rotation axis from camera coordinates to object coordinates. It's useful when the camera and object are placed differently. For instace, if you rotate the object by 90° on the Y axis ("turn its head" to the right), then perform a vertical move with your mouse, you make a rotation on the camera X axis, but it should become a rotation on the Z axis (plane barrel roll) for the object. By converting the axis in object coordinates, the rotation will respect that the user work in camera coordinates (WYSIWYG). To transform from camera to object coordinates, we take the inverse of the MV matrix (from the MVP matrix triplet). What i have to do acording to the tutorial is convert my axis_in_camera_coordinates to object coordinates, and the rotation is done well, but im confused on what matrix i use to do just that. The tutorial talks about converting the axis from camera to object coordinates by using the inverse of the MV. Then it shows these 3 lines of code witch i havent been able to understand. glm::mat3 camera2object = glm::inverse(glm::mat3(transforms[MODE_CAMERA]) * glm::mat3(mesh.object2world)); glm::vec3 axis_in_object_coord = camera2object * axis_in_camera_coord; So what do i aply to my calculated axis?, the inverse of what, i supose the inverse of the model view? So my question is how do you transform camera axis to object axis. Do i apply the inverse of the lookat matrix?
