  • SharePoint Transferring pages to Production

    I am building an internet site, using my local machine as the development box (I have MOSS 2007 installed). I have a custom master page, packaged in a WSP, so I may use STSADM on the production server to install it. I have made some pages via SPD (on my local machine) and put them in the "Pages" gallery. What is the recommended way to get these pages to production. Also, is the process the same when I make edits to current pages?

    I've created and tested WCF service, everything works fine. When I deployed to TEST environment and tried to open https://my.site/myapp/EnrollmentService.svc I've got the error message: Could not find a base address that matches scheme http for the endpoint with binding MetadataExchangeHttpBinding. Registered base address schemes are [https]. Internet showed me that I need to add some more configuration options: http://www.codeproject.com/KB/WCF/7stepsWCF.aspx I've added some settings to service web.config file.     I had dynamically create one Flash Player cs2, i had upload into my site, no of url link i had provided on my aspx page, when any one of the url is clicked,that url based flv viedeo will play..! In my case when i clicked url to play the video,player is loaded but is not visible, in the same window, but i had opened in new window in internetexploer it will playing..working fine?     Not sure if many people are familiar with Scaffolding Extensions for Ruby, but I've looked through their docs, forums, and even the source code of the Heroku test site, and not found an answer. I made a basic Sinatra app and followed right from the RDoc's instructions: require 'scaffolding_extensions' require 'sinatra/base' class Thingy < Sinatra::Base scaffold_all_models end gives undefined method 'scaffold_all_models' for Thingy:Class (NoMethodError) and I know Scaffolding Extensions is loadable because I can successfully set some config variables in its classes.

    We are using two load balancing server for asp.net site in that we have a functionality which will create a receipt of order in pdf using abcpdf component it was working fine without load balancing server and but when we move it to load balancing server it is giving errors like.     I don't want to have to add the EmulateIE7 meta tag for every page if I dont have to. My default.htm is a FRAMESET page so can I just add the meta tag to my default FRAMESET page and my site stay in IE=EmulateIE7 mode for each new page that loads in the frameset? Thanks
