• How can i resolve the N+1 Selects problem ?

  Hello everyone, I have trouble understanding how to avoid the n+1 select in jpa or hibernate. From what i read, there's the 'left join fetch', but i'm not sure if it still works with more than one list (oneToMany).. Could someone explain it to me, or give me a link with a clear complete explanation please ? I'm sorry if this is a noob question, but i can't find a real clear article or doc on this issue. Thanks

• Windows7 Installer takes priority how to move it back during installation using C#?

  I've a custom Action on Deployment project of .NET Applicaiton, which contains custom dialogbox to enter certain parameters, on invalid parameters I've shown MessageBox.Show - but its being hide by installer window, I tried windows forms too with Activate, TopMost, Focus,bring2front, etc serveral options but it comes by default behind the windows installer window and due to this user is not able to identify why installing process is not finishing - because actually its waiting for user to read the MessageBox and press OK. I've tried to implement IWin32Window with the handler of MsiExec Process, and shown the Messagebox but still its not working, anyone has idea ??? • Using @Secured Annotation causes IS_FULLY_AUTHENTICATED problem in grails

  I'm using Acegi/Spring Security in grails and when i use the annotations like @Secured(['ROLE_ADMIN']) it denies my login even though the user is part of ROLE_ADMIN. In looking through the login is it seems that it's getting an IS_AUTHENTICATED_FULLY role also but I have never added that to a page so i'm not sure how to bypass that. I read somewhere to preauthorize the user, but i'm not sure how to do that with grails.

Here's an example mkfifo one mkfifo two echo hi | tee one two & cat one & cat two & cat one does not start reading until cat two is run. Is there a way to make cat one run without waiting?

  Hi to all. I need a free library (or not too expensive) for .NET to work with the excel document. I need to read data, modify, save and add charts into the document. Or in another way, I need a free library for creating and inserting charts into the excel document (only for charts).
