  I'm facing an issue where I'm placing a task into the queue and it is being run multiple times. From the celery logs I can see that the same worker is running the task ... Is there a way to use a regular ASP.NET page instead of XAML for the view? I don't think using groovy bindData(object,params) works as the params reference seems not having the xml elements. i use the parseRequest=true in the UrlMappings but yet the params Object does'nt have the xml elements. am i missing some other config so that my params object get automatically populated with the xml body elements?

  I am using VS2010, CrystalReport13 & MVC3. My problem is unable to add an external assembly in Crystal Report using "Database Expert" Option. I have a class named WeeklyReportModel in an external assembly. In my web project, data retrieving from DB as IEnumerable collection of WeeklyReportModel. I tried ProjectData - .NetObjects in Crystal Report for adding the WeeklyReportModel. But this external assembly is not showing under ".NetObjects". Then I tried other option as Create New Connection - ADO.Net – Make New Connection and pointed this External Assembly. It has been added under Ado.Net node, but while expanding displays as "...no items found..." Totally frustrated. Please help. So far when i try to use params[:startTime] in the controller I get an array of values which wont work with :conditions = ['time < ?', params[:endTime]] Is there a simple solution to parse the form's datetime to SQL datetime?

  I have to make a call to a different url in one of my controllers on my site. The problem is that with all the parameters the other site requires I'm overflowing the url. Is there anyway to call another url from the controller and send all of the parameters using a POST? I'm not expecting a response from the other site.   I am trying to build a multilingual site using Rails, but I can't figure out how to pass variable to nested form. Right now I am creating nested form like this. @languages.each do @article.article_locale.build(:language_id => language.id) end But i would like to pass value of language to it so i can distinguish fields. Something like this. @languages.each do |language| @language = language @article.article_locale.build(:language_id => language.id) end However, I always end up with language of the last loop iteration. Any way to pass this variable? -- edit -- In the end, since I've got no answer I have solved this problem so it, at least, works as it should. Following code is my partial solution. • Joomla ImageBrowser Lightbox not working

  I've been using an image browser for Joomla called ImageBrowser. It's great - easy uploads, easy for clients to use, even handles zip file uploads. I have Joomla v. 1.5.15 installed and the newest version of this plugin as well on 3 or 4 of our sites with no fuss or issues. Recently, the ImageBrowser on one of our sites started acting strangely. It was as if the Lightbox effect that we should have disappeared completely. I compared the settings for the site to another and found they were identical. I couldn't find a solution in the documentation or forums. Here's the URL to look at: http://neda.us/photos?view=gallery&folder=BSU+12-5-09. You can compare that to another of our sites with the same plugin and settings at South Oak Floors dot COM. You should be able to click on a thumbnail and get a full size view of the image in a Lightbox. Any help much needed and much appreciated.

Unfortunately something is wrong because I'm not getting anything displayed on my listView (it works perfectly when I have my model supplied as a model to view but when I supply this proxy model it just doesn't work). • How to model and handle presentation DTO's to abstract from complicated domain model?

  Hi I am developing an application that needs to work with a complex domain model using Hibernate. This application uses Spring MVC and using the domain objects in the presentation layer is very messy so I think I should use DTO's that go to and from my service layer so that these match what I need in my views. Now lets assume I have a CarLease entity whose properties are not simple java primitives but it's composed with other entities like Make, Model, etc public class CarLease { private Make make; Private Model model; . . . } most properties are in this fashion and they are selectable using drop down selects on the jsp view, each will post back an ID to the controller. Now considering some standard use cases: create, edit, display How would you go about modeling the presentation DTO's to be used as form backing objects and communication between presentation and service layers?? Would you create a different DTO for each case (create, edit, display), would you make DTO's for the complex attributes? if so where would you translate the ID to entity? how and where would you handle validation, DTO/Domain assembly, what would you return from service layer methods? (create, edit, get) As you can see, I now I will benefit by separating my view from the domain objects (very complex with lots of stuff I don't need.) but I am having a hard time finding any real world examples and best practices for this. I need some architecture guidance from top to bottom, please keep in mind I will use Spring MVC in case that may leverage on your anwser. thanks in advance.

  I have two tables: Users and UserOwners. Table UserOwners contains list of users that certain user created (list of child-users) - or to be more precise, it contains UserOwnerID and UserID fields. What I want is to know the exact moment when this update finishes, so I can do something right there, the thing is that I created an indicator of the selected item, and when something moves, I need to update said indicator's position, that's the reason I need it exactly when the tree view updates. Let me know if you know a solution to this. Also, the code is not perfect (DestroyRoom and PersonLeave), but you get the idea. Thanks!

  I want to bind a user control (View) to a ListBoxItem. The ListBox is bound to a collection of ViewModels. I have set the ListBox's ItemTemplate as so: <ListBox.ItemTemplate> <DataTemplate> <View:ContactView/> </DataTemplate> </ListBox.ItemTemplate> But all I get are blank ListBoxItems. I can click on them, but nothing is showing visually. • Custom PHP Framework Feedback

  I've been learning OOP programming for about a year and a half now and have developed a fairly standard framework to which I generally abide by. I'd love some feedback or input on how I might improve some functionality or if there are some things I'm overlooking. VIEW MODE 1) Essentially everything starts at the Index.php page. The first thing I do is require my "packages.php" file that is basically a config file that imports all of the classes and function lists I'll be using. 2) I have no direct communication between my index.php file and my classes, what I've done is "pretty them up" with my viewfunctions.php file which is essentially just a conduit to the classes so that in my html I can write <?php get_title('page'); ?> instead of <?php echo $pageClass->get_title('page'); ?> Plus, I can run a couple small booleans and what not in the view function script that can better tailor the output of the class. 3) Any information brought in via the database is started from it's corresponding class that has direct communication with the database class, the only class that is allowed direct to communicate with the database (allowed in the sense that I run all of my queries with custom class code). INPUT MODE 1) Any user input is sent to my userFunctions.php. 2) My security class is then instantiated where I send whatever user input that has been posted for verification and validation. 3) If the input passes my security check, I then pass it to my DB class for input into my Database. FEEDBACK I'm wondering if there are any glaringly obvious pitfalls to the general structure, or ways I can improve this. Thank you in advance for your input. I know there is real no "right" answer for this, but I imagine a couple up votes would be in order for some strong advice regarding building frameworks. -J
