Svn - get the list of all repos on a server so I can svnsync

I'm attempting to create a backup of my client's existing svn repositories, which is publicly available over http. If possible, I'd like to be able to make new repositories automatically, from any computer, without having to give console access to the server to external parties (i.e. the users could do a ls on my svn repo dir) My problem is that I need to know the list of svn repositories on the server - it isn't a fixed list, since the user will add new repositories over time. I'm able to list the repositories on an html page via Apache's mod_dav_svn module, using the SVNListParentPath On directive. I got this page: http://svn.ohwr.org/ My question is: what is the easiest way to obtain a usable list of such repositories? I'll need to parse that list in order to make syncs, probably using shell commands. Must I parse the HTML with shell commands, or is there a better way to get that list?

ckeditor: toggle button in facelets

I am trying to toggle between CKEditor and textarea in a facelet(.xhtml) file. I have used the same code in a jsp file and it works fine. But in .xhtml file its not doing the toggle between ckeditor and plain editor.It loads ckeditor both the times.Can anyone please let me know what am I missing. I have been trying to install sinatra in a macbook running leopard system, and I am not able to do it. I get the following error. Situations to prefer Apache Lucene over Solr?

There are several advantages to use Solr (out-of-the-box facetting search, grouping, replication, http administration vs. luke, ...). Even if I embed a search-functionality in my Java application I could use SolrJ to avoid the HTTP trade-off when using Solr. So, when would you recommend to use "pure-Lucene"? Does it have a better performance or requires less RAM? Is it better unit-testable? PS: I am aware of this question.

How to use strange characters in a query string

I am using silverlight / ASP .NET and C#. If I then debug inside the page.aspx code (which of course is ASP .NET) the value of Request["pasword"] is actually this, vtakyoj#"5 Which is the original value. How does that work? I would have thought that I would have to go, HttpUtility.UrlDecode(Request["pswd"], Encoding.UTF8) To get the original value. Hope this makes sense? Thanks.

Asp.Net 3.5 Routing to Webservice?

I was looking for a way to route http://www.example.com/WebService.asmx to http://www.example.com/service/ using only the ASP.NET 3.5 Routing framework without needing to configure the IIS server. Until now I have done what most tutorials told me, added a reference to the routing assembly, configured stuff in the web.config, added this to the Global.asax: protected void Application_Start(object sender, EventArgs e) { RouteCollection routes = RouteTable.Routes; routes.Add( "WebService", new Route("service/{*Action}", new WebServiceRouteHandler()) ); } ...created this class: public class WebServiceRouteHandler : IRouteHandler { public IHttpHandler GetHttpHandler(RequestContext requestContext) { // What now? } } ...and the problem is right there, I don't know what to do. The tutorials and guides I've read use routing for pages, not webservices. Is this even possible? Ps: The route handler is working, I can visit /service/ and it throws the NotImplementedException I left in the GetHttpHandler method.

Can I retain a Google apps session token permanently for a specific user who logs into my google app

Hi guys, is it possible to retain upon authorization a single session token for a user who signs into my gogle application. CUrrently my application seems to every now and then require the user to authenticate into google apps. I think it has to do with session dying out or so. The problem appears when the refresh happens after the transfer takes place. I'm getting a 404 Not Found error and the URL changes for http://localhost/305. Notice that 5 * 60 + 5 = 305. Do you know why is this happening? got a solution? PD: I use transfer because I need to access some properties of regularpage.aspx on otherpage.aspx, maybe you could provide another solution for this too.

Mvc relative path using virtual directory..help!

When i drag and drop my image/script/css file into my view, relative path will automatically use to refer on the files. example: <link href="../../Content/style.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" /> <script src="../../Scripts/jquery-min.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <img src="../../Images/logo.jpg" /> It is working fine when i host it on my root directory, but if i'm using virtual directory then only my css file able to refer correctly, the rest will return 404...as it will refer to http://{root}/Images/logo.jpg rather than http://{root}/{virtual directory}/Images/logo.jpg But why css file is working? and how to specify the relative path correctly for both root & virtual directory cases?

Can't authenticate with different NTLM credentials in one session with java.net.URLConnection

When I access a HTTP server using the standard Java API (java.net.URLConnection), the credentials are "cached" after the first successful authentication, and subsequent calls to Authenticator.setDefault() have no effect. So, I need to restart the application in order to use different credentials. I don't observe this effect when Basic Authentication is used. But I need to use NTLM for the server I'm accessing, and the Jakarta Commons HttpClient isn't an alternative either because it doesn't support NTLMv2 (see http://oaklandsoftware.com/papers/ntlm.html) Looking at the packets using Wireshark, I also observe that before the first successful authentication, an authentication with the current Windows credentials is attempted first. But after succesful authentication, only the saved credentials are used. Is there any way to reset or change the credentials java.net.Authenticator is using after a successful NTLM authentication?

Hi, I can't get my generated classes to implements any interface. Android: Context menu doesn't show up for ListView with members defined by LinearLayout?

I've got a ListActivity and ListView and I've bound some data to it. The data shows up fine, and I've also registered a context menu for the view. Google maps API : V2 : Custom infowindow with bindInfoWindowHtml

The API documentation gave me hopes last night with "bindInfoWindowHtml". But it doesn't seem to replace the default infoWindow, even when you provide your own class etc. I have tried using other ideas like the labeledmarker. But it doesn't support draggable markers. Hence can't use it in my application. Here is the sample code which shows the info. window inside, the original bubble. Help with animation

I've used the "FeatureList" Jquery Plugin to make my own content slider. The script can be found here: http://pastebin.com/7iyE5ADu Here is an exemplificative image to show what I'm triyng to achieve: http://i41.tinypic.com/6jkeq1.jpg Actually the slider add a "current" class to an item (in the example the squares 1,2 and 3) and for each thumb show a content in the main area. In the example, with an interval of 2 seconds, the script switch from 1 to 2, from 2 to 3, and so on. I'd like to make a continuous animation of the thumbs, anyone can help me?

restrict access to page to only be allowed from a certain page

This question is similar to the one i asked here. But its related because I want to achieve the same effect. I want the users to be restricted to only accessing other pages on the site through the main page. The first page contains a frame for navigation and then a frame for content of the page they navigate to. I want it to be setup so that the only way they can access the content pages is by using this main page. So if the main page is http://intranet/index.html then they cannot get to http://intranet/other_page.html without using the link provided in index.html. Is this possible and if so what would the best technique be? I'm using apache to serve the site and I have php and javascript available.

WCF Web Service chnage wsdl name and targetNamespace

All, I'm a little new to WCF over IIS but have done some ASMX web services before. My WCF service is up and running but the helper page generated by the web service for me has the default names, i.e. the page that says: You have created a service. To test this service, you will need to create a client and use it to call the service. You can do this using the svcutil.exe tool from the command line with the following syntax: svcutil.exe http://localhost:53456/ServicesHost.svc?wsdl In a standard ASMX site I would use method/class attributes to give the web service a name and a namespace. When I click on the link the WSDL has: <wsdl:definitions name="SearchServices" targetNamespace="http://tempuri.org/" i.e. not the WCF Service Contract Name and Namespace from my Interface. I assume the MEX is using some kind of default settings but I'd like to change them to be the correct names. How can I do this?

Polling duplex does not scale... what's the alternative?

Our tests showed that the polling duplex binding simply does not scale and can not be used on a service within a web-farm or even a web garden. We have looked at TCP/IP sockets for a client push method, but the firewall issue is does allow us to use sockets. I was wondering what is the alternative "free" solution to this problem? allowing us to scale and allowing us to push data to client... I have also tried the solution in this article http://tomasz.janczuk.org/2009/09/scale-out-of-silverlight-http-polling.html but at the end, there was too much polling on a database, and performance was affected. Our Silverlight application need a pub/sub design, but it needs to be reliable and scalable... any ideas?
