  • I am using a regex snippet query string path

    Using the following to load images base on two ids one is the and bookid and the out is the client. My folder structures is this. root path = flipbooks subfolders under flipbooks are books and clients in subfolder books I have and .net page title tablet. the tablet code behind checks the bookid of client and render a the tablet page with images in a flipbook fashion. because we have over 15000 records and flipbooks already created and stored in the database. I don't move the client folder under the books subfolders. I need the code below to get to the client subfolder in the query string and help to change this would be helpful. The result now is http://www.somewebsite.com/books/client/images/someimage1.jpg[^] I need the results to be http://www.somewebsite.com/client/images/someimage1.jpg[^]. I tried moving the tablet.aspx file to the root flipbooks and it works but i have provide a user name and password each time. This need to be access by the public and my root is protected. Don't want to have to change permission. So my question is: Are there any EcmaScript implementations that define host function objects which result in Reference values?

  • Can I access an iframe of the same domain in a separate window?

    How can I detect the presence of and then call a function on a frame that is already loaded in one tab (my iframed facebook app) from a page being loaded in a new tab (from an ad-served link). It seems most examples focus on parent/child iframe communication. In this case, a link will be served from Google Ad Manager, which only allows _top or _blank to be targeted. I want to pass an id through the ad click into the new page/tab on my domain and then JS call over to the frame my app is in to switch state. Both frames are on my domain but not in the same document or window. Is this possible?

    I want to create one global module file, and then have all my files require that global module file. Inside that file, I would load all the modules once and export a dictionary of loaded modules. How can I do that? I actually tried creating this file...and every time I require('global_modules'), all the modules kept reloading. It's O(n).   • GEvent.addListener(...) return?

    Hello, my Question is as follows: What does GEvent.addListener(map, "click" function(){...}) return into the callback function? I don't find any information in the GMaps reference at all, can you show me some? The only thing I found out was that there are two parameters, "overlay" and "latLng" that are passed. The name of these parameters should not be of interest right? I could also name them "foo" and "bar" as far as I know. But the parameter "overlay" seems to be empty anyway? Also I have problems passing these two parameters directly into a callback function I created myself which looks like that... GEvent.addListener(gmap, "click", generateMarker(overlay, latLng)); ... instead of writing the following, which actually works fine.   • Submit jQuery UI dialog on <Enter>

    I have a jQuery UI dialog box with a form. I would like to simulate a click on one of the dialog's buttons so you don't have to use the mouse or tab over to it. In other words, I want it to act like a regular GUI dialog box where simulates hitting the "OK" button. I assume this might be a simple option with the dialog, but I can't find it in the jQuery UI documentation. I could bind each form input with keyup() but didn't know if there was a simpler/cleaner way. Thanks.

  • How can I replace the contents of a scrollable div without jumping to the top?

    I have a div with the overflow: auto style. It is populated via AJAX with a result table. The rows in this div are editable, and with each edit I refresh the contents. The problem is, if the user edits something at the bottom of the div, the refresh brings them back to the top. I had some luck using anchors with Firefox, but not all versions of IE jumped to the anchors within the div. Is there any way to replace the contents of a div like this without having the scrollbar jump to the top? Any other suggestions? I like to refresh the entire set of results rather than just the updated row if possible, but if there are no workarounds I guess I will pursue that instead.

    I've got a page with a Timer that is being used as a trigger on an UpdatePanel. The page also contains a TabContainer and several TabPanels. Look at this question for more information. Basically, I've got an UpdatePanel as the element in each TabPanel's ContentTemplate, and the UpdatePanel is triggered by the Timer. My page displays data by reading a database on each tick. I've got the following code running on each Timer.Tick in my codebehind: protected void timeRefresher_Tick(object sender, EventArgs e) { UpdateLivePageTitle(); } The UpdateLivePageTitle() function reads the new information from the database and sets Page.Title accordingly. However, this information is of course not sent to the browser because there is no full page postback--only an async postback to the update panels. As a result, my page title is not being updated until the whole page is being posted back, which destroys the purpose of using UpdatePanels in the first place. I figure there would be a way to do this by using the document.title JS element and call that from within UpdateLivePageTitle(). But as of now, I haven't been able to figure out how to do this. I tried using the following in my UpdateLivePageTitle() function: string updatePageTitleScript = String.Format("document.title = '{0}'", newPageTitle); ToolkitScriptManager.RegisterStartupScript(this.Page, this.Page.GetType(), "UpdatePageTitle", updatePageTitleScript, true); But the result of this was that my TabContainer stopped rendering. I'm also not sure that would work with the async partial page postbacks, either. Any ideas? Thanks!

    I'm having an issue when getting json results back to select2. My json does not return a result that has a "text" field so need to format the result so that select2 accepts "Name".
