    Is it possible to utilize MVC 2 from MonoDevelop 2.2 (using Mono 2.4)? If so - is it as simple as grabbing a reference to the new System.Web.Mvc or is there something else to consider? I realize that any templating support in MonoDevelop may not be 100% there since it was built to utilize MVC v1 (at least as of MonoDevelop 2.2). If anyone can add any other tips or tricks that would help as well.

  • iPad GLSL. From within a fragment shader how do I get the surface - not vertex - normal

    Is it possible to access the surface normal - the normal associated with the plane of a fragment - from within a fragment shader? Or perhaps this can be done in the vertex shader? Is all knowledge of the associated geometry lost when we go down the shader pipeline or is there some clever way of recovering that information in either the vertex of fragment shader?   • Resharper function to fix naming convention issues

    A bunch of classes doesn't comply to our naming conventions for private variables. Resharper shows this as a warning, but wants me to fix all of them by hand. Is there some magic option to auto-fix these issues? 'Clean-up code' won't do anything with this. Same goes for converting properties with backing fields to automatic properties when possible: the hint is shown, but Resharper won't fix it automatically.

    Is there a way to remove the outlining in Visual Studio in the design page of a form? If it is possible, it would save me some time so that I would not have to keep compiling and running the program every time I wanted to see if I put my form together correctly without any caps between images, etc. For example, something like this.
