    Ive written a cprogram that works when i pipe data into my program using stdin like gunzip -c IN.gz|./a.out If I want to run my program on a list of files I can do something like for i `cat list.txt` do gunzip -c $i |./a.out done But this will start my program 'number of files' times. I'm interested in piping all the files into the same process run. Like doing for i `cat list.txt` do gunzip -c $i >>tmp done cat tmp |./a.out thanks.

    Hello, I have a datetime.datetime property var. I would like to know if it is less than one hour of the current time. Something like var.hour<datetime.datetime.today().hour - 1 Problem with the above syntax is that datetime.datetime.today().hour returns a number such as "10" and it is not really a date comparation but more of a numbers comparation. Current license date is 7/10/2010 and expire date should be 7/2/2012 I used relative date and added 729 if not a leap year and 730 if it was but that is messy. I wish the relativedate function took another parameter to so you could pass in number years.

However, I want to limit the number of Comments returned. I tried adding a sub-select, but ran into errors if I didn't LIMIT the results to 1.   • Mix of Arabic and English causes problems in JTextArea (Java)

    I have a JTextArea which displays HTML of an Arabic web page. So it's essentially a mix of English and Arabic. In the JTextArea, with columns set to 30, certain text just disappears instead of wrapping properly. The weird thing is that if I copy the invisible text and paste it into Notepad, then I can see it in Notepad. If I change the number of columns to 40, everything displays fine. Any ideas?

    I am creating a Windwos Installer project just for the use of installing our third party assemblies into the gac of the users computer. The problem i am running into, is when i make an update to the assemblie and increment it's version number, i get an error saying: "Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue..." I would have figured that windows installer would update the local machine with the new assemblie. Am i doing something wrong?
