• Filtering out page content with AJAX in Sitecore

  I have a page in Sitecore that displays the list of clients. There's a form with two select boxes that should filter out clients not matching specified criterias. Clients list should be refreshed via AJAX everytime user changes one of the values in the form or after clicking Submit button if JS is disabled. What is the suggested approach I should take to have this working in Sitecore? I'm not sure about Sitecore part, I know how to call AJAX methods/

  Hi, im connecting to dBase from java with this string: String url="jdbc:odbc:DRIVER={Microsoft dBase Driver (*.dbf)};DBQ="+databasePath+";DefaultDir="+databasePath+";DriverId=533;FIL=dBase IV;MaxBufferSize=2048;PageTimeout=5;"; Work fine, but with a SELECT statement i can retrieve only record that are not "deleted". In dBase database deletet record are only flagged deleted, so i want retrive deleted record too. Is this possibile? Thank.

I have created this function to handle all my form submissions.   I have this query SELECT articles.*, users.username AS `user` FROM `articles` LEFT JOIN `users` ON articles.user_id = users.id ORDER BY articles.timestamp Basically it returns the list of articles and the username that the article is associated to. Now if there is no entry in the users table for a particular user id, the users var is NULL. Is there anyway to make it that if its null it returns something like "User Not Found"? or would i have to do this using php?
