  I often run long R scripts when I start my R environment. I would like to be able to load / run the R script in Emacs / ESS and continue other work in another buffer. When I press C-g or C-c C-c the process is interrupted, and I must restart the script. What is the best way to background the R process in ESS / Emacs?

  So i finally have everything up and running and everyone is mostly happy - TFS 2010 rocks! However i now want to add office sharepoint, i didn't want to have it installed first because i was worried that it would stuff with things and i wanted to look back on the TFS installation, once i knew how portals were created. So what is the best way to now add sharepoint to the installation without stuffing things up? i have a 2 server environment, with TFS on one and the database on another.

• JSF f:view beforePhase firing multiple times as I LEAVE the page

  Still trying to get my problems with page loaders firing like crazy in JSF From this link: http://www.javabeat.net/tips/122-jsf-best-practices.html It appears that if I put a that it will fire once when entering the page. However, it fires like 4 times when LEAVING the page, kind of defeats the point. Any ideas?

  Say I have a text area, user enters information exactly like styled below: Ice cream Chocolate then submits this information, I want to retrieve the information EXACTLY like so: Ice cream, Chocolate Is this the best way to do it: $arr = explode("\n", $var); $arr = implode(",", $arr); When doing it like this, it puts the information out like so: Ice cream , Chocolate Note the space after cream, will a simple trim() fix this?
