  Hello. Can someone tell/show me how to use PHP inside PHP. I'm trying to make the URL of an image change depending on what value is in a MySQL database. Here's an example of what I'm trying to do.   Hi, I'm facing currently a problem regarding Subsonic configuration. What I want to achieve is using subsonic data access in a System.Web.UI.Design.ControlDesigner class. This class is hosted in Visual Studio Environment and enables design time operations on the attached System.Web.UI.WebControls.Control. The only problem is SubSonic seems always looking for SubSonicSection in the application configuration regardless passing connection string to it. The relevant code snippet: using (SharedDbConnectionScope dbScope = new SharedDbConnectionScope(new SqlDataProvider(), ConnectionString)) { Table1 _table1 = new Select().From<..().Where(...).IsEqualTo(...).ExecuteSingle<...>(); Throws exception on ExecuteSingle() method (configuration section was not found) while using (SharedDbConnectionScope dbScope = new SharedDbConnectionScope(ConnectionString)) { Throws exception on new SharedDbConnectionScope() (configuration section was not found) So the question is: Is there any way to pass the settings runtime to bypass the configuration section lookup as I don't want to add any subsonic specific configuration to devenv.configuration Thanks

  Hello, actually i use this method to show similar words for a search request.. $query = "SELECT * FROM searches WHERE Query LIKE '%$search%' ORDER BY Query"; if someone searches for "nelly" it looks up in the database for similar words "nelly furtado, nelly ft. kelly"... but i dont want to show up the searched word.. example: you've searched for nelly - try this too: nelly, nelly furtado, nelly ft., the bold word should not showed up again, because it's the searched word.. is there maybe a method with MATCH AGAINST? thank you!

So I thought I'd do a version using PORC (Plain Old Rails Counters): class Tagging < ActiveRecord::Base #:nodoc: belongs_to :tag, :counter_cache => "tagging_counter_cache" ... I thought tagging_counter_cache was transparently accessed when I access tag.taggings.count but apparently not? Do I really have to access tag.tagging_counter_cache explicitly? >> tag.taggings.count SQL (0.7ms) SELECT count(*) AS count_all FROM `taggings` WHERE (`taggings`.tag_id = 16) Same for size. I need this value to figure out the total page count given a page size and a few other variables. This is what i have so far which takes in the starting row and the page size using the skip and take statements. promotionInfo = (from p in matches orderby p.PROMOTION_NM descending select p).Skip(startRow).Take(pageSize).ToList(); I know i could run another query, but figured there may be another way of achieving this count without having to run the query twice.   I have a UIViewController(AbcViewController) with NavigationController.AbcViewController uses UIView(AbcView) as its view. AbcView has a UITableView. I have set This TableView's datasource in AbcViewController and delegate in its SuperView i.e. AbcView. How will I push another UIViewController(XyzViewcontroller) into navigationController when I select a row in this table because it gives "error: request for member 'navigationController' in something not a structure or union" when I do this : [self.navigationController pushViewController:xyzViewcontroller animated:TRUE]; I also did this : AbcViewController *parentVC; [parentVC.navigationController pushViewController:xyzViewcontroller animated:TRUE]; Though it builds successfully but XyzViewcontroller's view does not appear. I.e., 2.2.12 is greater than 2.2.7, and 2.3.15 is greater than 2.3.9, etc. Unfortunately, I can't think of an easy way to do that without using CHARINDEX or some complicated other split-like logic. Running this query: SELECT MAX(Version) FROM my_table will yield the erroneous result: 2.3.9 When it should really be 2.3.15. Any bright ideas that don't get too complex?

I don't want the user to edit the h2 tag, so I set contentEditable=false, but the user can still select and remove it, which I want to disallow. • SCSI Windows Setup on Dell Precision 670 Workstation...please help.

  Error Windows Setup: "setup did not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer" This is not exactly a programming question but I thought you guys might be able to help. I just received a Dell Precision 670 workstation. Windows is not recognizing the hard drive and I have experienced this before with other computers. I usually would just go in the bios and set the configuration to compatibility mode. I have no idea how to do this on this machine. There is this Adaptec SCSI HostRaid BIOS v4.30.4S5 screen on startup. It says to press CTRL A for SCSI select utility. It shows a Maxtor ATLAS10K5_73WLS for the drive. I was wondering if anyone out there knew how to configure this thing so that windows setup will recognize the hard drive? Any advice is very much appreciated and if you have to know further information please let me know. Raid was turned off in the BIOS for this device. TY

  Hi all - I'm developing a simple LAMP app where users can credit their account using Paypal. I suspect this is a simple issue, but have spent quite a while experimenting to no avail and would appreciate any thoughts: System has a user management system working fine using sessions, but I can't get it to display the current user's credit. But I've been trying things along the lines of: $result = mysql_query(" SELECT * FROM users INNER JOIN account ON account.UserID=account.UserID ORDER BY account.accountID"); while($_SESSION['Username'] = $row['Username'] ) { echo $row['Username']; echo $row['Credit']; } I suspect the while statement is invalid, but I want it to echo username and credit where the current session username = the username stored in the database.   I understand that I can zip multiple file and download it as zip when the files are already exists on ther server. like this. My question is, I have a dropdown list that prompt user download different section of a big form on the fly so I have header below for download it individually. header("Content-type: text/plain"); header("Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=op_summary.lyx"); I need to add another function to download them all at ones. How can I implement it? Should I have download them in the server before zipping it and download to client? I will also need a checkbox fundtion that pick multiple files according whichever files that user select. Any suggestion will be helpful.
