  • Getting Out Of Memory: Java heap space, but while viewing heap space it max uses 50 MB

    - by ikky
Hi! I'm using ASANT to run a xml file which points to a NARS.jar file. (i do not have the project file of the NARS.jar) I'm getting "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space. I used VisualVM to look at the heap while running the NARS.jar, and it says that it max uses 50 MB of the heapspace. I've set the initial and max size of heapspace to 512 MB. Does anyone have an ide of what could be wrong? I got 1 GB physical Memory and created a 5 GB pagefile (for test purpose). Thanks in advance.

  • HTML5 <video> element on Android does not play

    - by T1000
Video tags like below plays fine with iPhone, but not Android: <video id="video" width="320" height="240" poster="video/placeholder.jpg" autobuffer controls> <source src="pr6.mp4" type='video/mp4; codecs="avc1.42E01E, mp4a.40.2"'> <source src="pr6.ogv" type='video/ogg; codecs="theora, vorbis"'> </video> With the above code, Android can't even click the clip. It would just see the poster image. Video tag like below however works with Android: <video src="vpr6.mp4" poster="video/placeholder.jpg" onclick="this.play();"/> However, I still need to multiple sources capability (for Firefox ogv support…). Below code does not work (nor do they work if I stick the javascript into the source tags): <video id="video" width="320" height="240" autobuffer controls onclick="this.play();"> <source src="pr6.mp4" type='video/mp4; codecs="avc1.42E01E, mp4a.40.2"'> <source src="pr6.ogv" type='video/ogg; codecs="theora, vorbis"'> </video> With above code, the clip is clickable in Android, but still does nothing. Can anyone help?

  • CKEditor instance in a jQuery dialog

    - by Gazillion
    Hey, I am using jQuery to open a dialog window with a textarea transformed into an instance of CKEditor. I'm using the jQuery adapter provided by the CKEditor team but when the dialog window opens up I cannot interact with the editor (it's created but "null" is written in the content space and I can't click on anything or modify the content). This bug report seems to say that by using a patch provided the issue is fixed but it doesn't seem to be working for me... Here's my code (maybe I did something wrong programmatically): HTML: <div id="ad_div" title="Analyse documentaire"> <textarea id="ad_content" name="ad_content"></textarea> </div> My includes (Everything is included correctly but maybe it's an including order issue?): <script type="text/javascript" src="includes/ckeditor/ckeditor.js"></script> <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="includes/jquery/css/custom-theme/jquery-ui-1.7.2.custom.css" /> <script type="text/javascript" src="includes/jquery/js/jquery-1.3.2.min.js"></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="includes/jquery/js/jquery-ui-1.7.2.custom.min.js"></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="includes/jquery/plugins/dialog-patch.js"></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="includes/ckeditor/adapters/jquery.js"></script> Javascript: $('#ad_content').ckeditor(); /* snip */ $('#ad_div').dialog( { modal: true, resizable: false, draggable: false, position: ['center','center'], width: 600, height: 500, hide: 'slide', show: 'slide', closeOnEscape: true, autoOpen: false }); $('.analyse_cell').click(function(){ $('#ad_div').dialog('open'); });

  • resize image in asp.net

  • Compilation problems with vector<auto_ptr<> >

  • Java : method to to print relative pathname?

I am hesitant just to look at some env.vars and try to replace things with regexes. So is there a ready method to print relative pathnames system-independently? $ echo ~ /u/user $ pwd /u/user/OH/one/src $ echo "Like relative pathnames ~/OH/one/src, not /u/user/OH/one/src."

  • Scriptaculous Draggable/Droppable script not working properly when dragging into a scrolling div

    - by George
I am using the Scriptaculous Draggable/Droppable scripts and have a problem when dragging into a scrolling div. I have the following layout (based on this question): #grid-container { left:33px; position:relative; width:300px; } #grid { width:310px; height:400px; overflow:auto; margin-bottom: 15px; } #grid-container ul { width:400px; list-style-type:none; white-space: nowrap; } #grid-container li { display:inline; list-style-type:none; padding:5px 15px 5px 15px; height:88px; text-align:center } .image-row { margin-left: 10px; } .grid-image { height:50px; margin-left:-20px; } Here is the html: <div id="grid-container"> <div id="grid"> <div id="row1" class="image-row"> <ul> <li><img id="img1" class="grid-image" src="images/img1.jpg"></li> <li><img id="img2" class="grid-image" src="images/img2.jpg"></li> <li><img id="img3" class="grid-image" src="images/img3.jpg"></li> <li><img id="img4" class="grid-image" src="images/img4.jpg"></li> </ul> </div> <div id="row2" class="image-row"> <ul> <li><img id="img5" class="grid-image" src="images/img5.jpg"></li> <li><img id="img6" class="grid-image" src="images/img6.jpg"></li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> I have another div with draggable items, while all of the img elements are droppable. This works very well for most cases, but when there are too many images for the grid and it has to scroll, I run into issues. I can still drag/drop into most items in that div, but when I scroll down and then try to drag onto an item in the bottom of the list, it drops on the row that was at the bottom before I scrolled the div. Even if I set the scroll attribute when creating the Draggable items, it will scroll the grid div, but not use the proper Droppable item. Is there any way to make the Draggable items drop onto the proper Droppable element regardless of if the containing div is scrolled or not?

  • How to rotate 4 images, fading between each one?

    - by Darryl Hein
I have 4 images, which I want to fade between each other in a loop. I have something like the following: <img src="/images/image-1.jpg" id="featureImg1" /> <img src="/images/image-2.jpg" id="featureImg2" style="display:none;" /> <img src="/images/image-3.jpg" id="featureImg3" style="display:none;" /> <img src="/images/image-4.jpg" id="featureImg4" style="display:none;" /> I am up for revisions to the HTML, although I cannot use absolute positioning in this case. I am using jQuery else where on the site, so it's available. I also need to deal with an image not being loaded right away as the images are larger.

  • SLF4J, Common Logging, console output

    - by Mauricio Scheffer
I have this 3rd party library that has: slf4j-api-1.5.5.jar slf4j-jdk14-1.5.5.jar jcl-over-slf4j-1.5.5.jar I want to write some tests against this library and see its log output, and I don't want to add any more logging libraries (no log4j or anything else). I understand that SLF4J and Common Logging are both logging abstractions so I probably need to write my own simple concrete logger (or maybe not, since jcl-over-slf4j includes org.apache.commons.logging.impl.SimpleLog?). If so, what interfaces should I implement, and more importantly, how do I set up SL4J/Common Logging to use my logger in my test? I read in the SLF4J docs that I have to modify the StaticLoggerBinder class... does that really mean that I actually have to download SLF4J sources, modify the class and recompile it?

  • How to figure out which jars are needed?

    - by Ari
How can I systematically determine which jars I'll need, and thus should include in my pom.xml file (I'm using maven as my project management tool)? When learning spring, to keep things simple, added all the jars (even the ones I never used) to the classpath. Right now for the most part, I'm guessing which jars to include. For example, I know in my spring configuration file, I have: <tx:annotation-driven /> <context:annotation-config /> <aop:aspectj-autoproxy /> So, I guess I'll need: spring-context-x.x.x.jar, spring-tx-x.x.x.jar, spring-aop-x.x.x.jar Thanks.

  • WEB-INF/lib jars not found in JBoss 4.0.2 war deploy

    - by boongywoongy
I have a simple web application (one jsp and one servlet) file that I've copied into jboss-4.0.2/server/default/deploy folder and it has successfully hot deployed as I can access the jsp page. However, when I invoke the servlet, I am getting a java.lan.NoClassDefFoundError. I suspect that the jars under the WEB-INF/lib directory within the war is not being picked up. The structure of my war is: META-INF --> MANIFEST.MF WEB-INF --> classes --> ...*.classes --> lib --> jcommon-1.0.16.jar jfreechart-1.0.13.jar servlet-api.jar index.jsp Anybody else have classloading issues in JBoss 4? Many thanks.

My /WEB-INF/lib folder contains the following libraries: jstl.jar standard.jar My JSP looks something like this: <%@ taglib prefix="c" uri="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core" %> <p>Hello! <% out.print(System.getProperty("java.class.path")); %></p> But I keep getting the following exception: org.apache.jasper.JasperException: The absolute uri: http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core cannot be resolved in either web.xml or the jar files deployed with this application Any ideas as to why it is doing that? Thanks

Hi this is my pice of code: <div style="overflow: hidden; width: 445px;">[IMG]http://i29.tinypic.com/mydog.png[/IMG] tak si to http://i29.tinypic.com/mycat.png Lorem ipsum loremai <img width="15" border="0" align="middle" src="images/smejo.gif" valign="middle"/> <img src=http://www.example.com/index.png alt> <img src="http://www.example.com/index.png" alt>     <a href="#reakcia" title="reagovat na temu"><span class="poradna-tl-reaguj"><reaction> </span></a></div> </td> </tr><img src=http://www.example.com/index.png alt><img src="http://www.example.com/index.png" alt> and i need regex pattern to replace ONLY text image links with image without touch of inner url tags. But i can't use "Lookbehind" or possessive quantifiers because JS don't support them=/ So i want to catch only "http://i29.tinypic.com/mydog.png" and "http://i29.tinypic.com/mycat.png". I using array method to replacing (will be greasemonkey script.) Many Thanks

  • How to change eclipse plugin's default parent-first classloader policy to child-first classloader po

    - by deepthinker121
Hi All, I want to change the behavior of eclipse's parent-first classloader policy to child-first classloader policy. The scenario would be : Plugin A has class C in dependent external jar. When the classloader of the jar looks for "META-INF" folder - it should find the META-INF folder of the jar and not the one found by its parent classloader - that is the plugin A's META-INF folder. So I want to change the classloader policy to 'child-first' rather than 'parent-first' Is it possible to do this by changing the plugin A's Manifest or plugin.xml?

I using the remote object to load a string from spring's configuration files. But in testing, I found this fault event like this: RPC Fault faultString="java.lang.NullPointerException" faultCode="Server.Processing" faultDetail="null" I have check the configuration in remote-config.xml and services-config.xml. But it looks good. There is some people talked about this problem around the internet and I think you can help me and them. I am using these environment: Flex Builder 3 BlazeDS 3.2.0 JBoss server Full stacktrace: [RPC Fault faultString="java.lang.NullPointerException" faultCode="Server.Processing" faultDetail="null"] at mx.rpc::AbstractInvoker/http://www.adobe.com/2006/flex/mx/internal::faultHandler()[C:\autobuild\3.2.0\frameworks\projects\rpc\src\mx\rpc\AbstractInvoker.as:220] at mx.rpc::Responder/fault()[C:\autobuild\3.2.0\frameworks\projects\rpc\src\mx\rpc\Responder.as:53] at mx.rpc::AsyncRequest/fault()[C:\autobuild\3.2.0\frameworks\projects\rpc\src\mx\rpc\AsyncRequest.as:103] at NetConnectionMessageResponder/statusHandler()[C:\autobuild\3.2.0\frameworks\projects\rpc\src\mx\messaging\channels\NetConnectionChannel.as:569] at mx.messaging::MessageResponder/status()[C:\autobuild\3.2.0\frameworks\projects\rpc\src\mx\messaging\MessageResponder.as:222]

  • custom tag 'cannot be resolved to a type'

    - by lotus99t
I have a custom tag, packaged into a library jar that is included in my web apps war file. I get the following error: An error occurred at line: 66 in the jsp file: /WEB-INF/jsp/portlet/portfolio/operations/operationsInfo.jsp org.apache.jsp.tag.meta.form.WidgetFactory_tag cannot be resolved to a type 63: <c:forEach var="fldCfg" items="${config.page.fields}" > 64: <tr> 65: <td><form:Label fld="${fldCfg}"/></td> 66: <td><form:WidgetFactory fld="${fldCfg}" decodesMap="${decodesMap}" command="${operationsInfoBean}" dateFormat="${preferredDateFormat}"/></td> 67: </tr> 68: </c:forEach> 69: </table> But it doesn't seem to complain about Label which is in the same taglib. I've confirmed that the jar is in the war and that the tag file is in the jar and the that the TLD (in META-INF) expressly defines 'WidgetFactory' Why am I getting this error?

  • Mercurial/.hgignore - How do I ignore everything but the contents of a folder?

    - by Beibin
I have a NetBeans project and the Mercurial repository is in the project root. I would like it to ignore everything except the contents of the "src" and "test" folders, and .hgignore itself. I'm not familiar with regular expressions and can't come up with one that will do that. The ones I tried: (?!src/.*) (?!test/.*) (?!^.hgignore) (?!src/.|test/.|.hgignore) These seem to ignore everything, I can't figure out why. Any advice would be great.

  • OpenCV in Python can't scan through pixels

    - by Marco L.
Hi everyone, I'm stuck with a problem of the python wrapper for OpenCv. I have this function that returns 1 if the number of black pixels is greater than treshold def checkBlackPixels( img, threshold ): width = img.width height = img.height nchannels = img.nChannels step = img.widthStep dimtot = width * height data = img.imageData black = 0 for i in range( 0, height ): for j in range( 0, width ): r = data[i*step + j*nchannels + 0] g = data[i*step + j*nchannels + 1] b = data[i*step + j*nchannels + 2] if r == 0 and g == 0 and b == 0: black = black + 1 if black >= threshold * dimtot: return 1 else: return 0 The loop (scan each pixel of a given image) works good when the input is an RGB image...but if the input is a single channel image I get this error: for j in range( width ): TypeError: Nested sequences should have 2 or 3 dimensions The input single channel image (called 'rg' in the next example) is taken from an RGB image called 'src' processed with cvSplit and then cvAbsDiff cvSplit( src, r, g, b, 'NULL' ) rg = cvCreateImage( cvGetSize(src), src.depth, 1 ) # R - G cvAbsDiff( r, g, rg ) I've also already noticed that the problem comes from the difference image got from cvSplit... Anyone can help me? Thank you

  • Java resource as file

    - by Martin Riedel
Is there a way in Java to construct a File instance on a resource retrieved from a jar through the classloader? My application uses some files from the jar (default) or from a filesystem directory specified at runtime (user input). I'm looking for a consistent way of a) loading these files as a stream b) listing the files in the user-defined directory or the directory in the jar respectively Edit: Apparently, the ideal approach would be to stay away from java.io.File altogether. Is there a way to load a directory from the classpath and list its contents (files/entities contained in it)?

  • Python os.path.join on Windows

    - by Jim
I am trying to learn python and am making a program that will output a script. I want to use os.path.join, but am pretty confused. According to the docs if I say: os.path.join('c:', 'sourcedir') I get "C:sourcedir". According to the docs, this is normal, right? But when I use the copytree command, Python will output it the desired way, for example: import shutil src = os.path.join('c:', 'src') dst = os.path.join('c':', 'dst') shutil.copytree(src, dst) Here is the error code I get: WindowsError: [Error 3] The system cannot find the path specified: 'C:src/*.*' If I wrap the os.path.join with os.path.normpath I get the same error. If this os.path.join can't be used this way, then I am confused as to its purpose. According to the pages suggested by Stack Overflow, slashes should not be used in join—that is correct, I assume?

  • Classloader problems Tomcat 6 javagent

    - by alecswan
I am using Salve Dependency Injection library that instruments the byte code of the web application. I specified -javaagent in Tomcat VM options and pointed it to the Salve agent jar. The agent jar gets loaded, but then it throws a java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError unable to find classes that are in other Salve jars which are located in WEB-INF/lib folder of my web app. I can solve this problem by putting those JARs in Tomcat/endorsed folder. However, some of those jars depend on third-party libraries, such as Spring and servlet-api.jar. Therefore, I am forced to put all these dependencies in Tomcat/endorsed as well. Could anybody suggest a better way for handling dependencies of a Tomcat javaagent? Thanks.
