Build a Sitemap but webpages don't use links

Folks I am trying to build a sitemap (we need one badly) for a huge multi-page web app. Technically its not much more than a collection of php/MySQL web forms that use javascript instead of traditional linkage to access the many pages. >td width="100" align="center" ONMOUSEOVER="this.className='bgover'" ONMOUSEOUT="this.className='bgout'" onclick="location.href='../main.php'">Main Page</td> Above is code sample of how the links are currently managed. I know I can search through the various pages, nearly a 1000, and find these "location.href" variables and that will help me a sitemap for each section. But maybe there is an easier way? WE use Trac and SVN so perhaps I am going about this the wrong way? Any advice would be appreciated.

I am trying to update my button. but the problem is that I can't have an ID/name with it, right, when doing this? so what if I have multiple forms on the page, and must identify the button? <input type="submit" value="Upload my File" style="background-color:#00F; font-size:14px; padding:1em;" onclick=" this.value='Please wait...'; this.disabled = true; var theForm = this.form; window.setTimeout(function(){theForm.submit();},3);" /> also, the button doesn't seem to wait 3 seconds when I hit the submit button.

Weird behavior in referring to global variable. Is this a bug in javascript? Surely it isn't!

Consider the following piece of code. <html> <body> <script> var x = 5; //globally declared function showX() { alert("x="+x); //trying to display global value var x=10; //trying to create and initialize a local x } </script> <input type = "button" value="Show X" onclick="showX()"> </body> </html> The alert statement shows 'x=undefined'. And doesn't print the global value of x as expected. An equivalent java code would display 5! So, is it a bug? If not then how does one explain that behavior?

Hi there, I am using phpQuery in order to apply some twaks to editorial content. As its syntax is the same as jQuery, I consider this a dom scripting issue. To get rid of elements which are not representing anything, but wrapping other stuff (like the div in <div><p>blah</p></div> I came up with this selector: ['div:not([align][class][id][style][title][dir][lang][onclick][ondblclick][onmousedown] [onmouseup][onmouseover][onmousemove][onmouseout][onkeypress][onkeydown][onkeyup])'] which looks quite monstrous for a selector simply aming on Divs which just do not have any (valid) attribute. I guess there must be a more straight-forward way to accomplish that, right? Edit: Oh, and I just noticed that it even doesn't do wat I intended to ...

Hello all, I have a few onclick and on mouseover events in my html generated by PHP, something like this: <div onmouseover="fave('heart_<?php echo $row['id']; ?>';" class="heart"><a href=""></a></div> I wish to make use of unbind on the mouseover but it hasn't worked when I tried this: $('#'+ id).unbind('mouseover'); So I am guessing unbind will only work with events created by JQuery? ASP.net hiding panel using javascript

Hi, I have a radioButtonList with 2 items in it. A radiobutton with a "Yes" value and a radionButton with a "No" value. Below that I have a panel which I want made visible when "Yes" radioButton is selected and hidden when "No" is selected. I had originally implemented this using the AutoPostBack attribute but I want to do it in Javascript so that it doesn't cause a postback. Here's the code. Is it possible to start an activity from a regular java class?

In my ActionBarSherlock I have the same menu items for all activities, so it seems unwise to define onClick handlers in each activity - they all do the same. Instead I created a class called MyClickListener that implements com.actionbarsherlock.view.MenuItem.OnMenuItemClickListener, and in there I have a simple switch block that starts the appropriate activity. Problem is that Intent constructor's first argument is of type Context, and even when I pass this to MyClickListener's constructor, I can't start any activity. The same goes for every method that has a Context object as a parameter. Is there a way to work around it? What is a context object? Thanks

I'd like to be able to mimic the behavior of the :active pseudo class on all elements in Android webkit. Currently, the :active syntax only works on a elements (links). I'm writing a very basic program that aims for the text view to display the phrase "Hello" after a button is pressed on the screen. However, I can't get this program to work; every time I run it, it says that the application has stopped unexpectedly.
