  I would like Qt Creator to build the project according to the type I specify in the little computer button. • List of existing Android Virtual Devices empty

  I'm new to Android development and I'm currently going through some tutorials. When I setup a new Android Project in Eclipse, and select Windows - Android SDK and AVD Manager, in Virtual Devices, the list of existing Android Virtual Devices is empty. Is it supposed to be? From the pictures in the tutorial, it's pre-populated. Can I download these AVDs from somewhere, am I missing something here? Also, I'm developing this on my Macbook Pro.

I figure that if Luabind has a clean way to do this, it would look something like this: class 'A.B' (Super) function A.B:__init() Super.__init(self) end Notice that the B class is defined in the A table. I know the following hackish way of doing this: class 'A.B' (Super) A = {} A.B = _G['A.B'] However, I would really like to know if Luabind provides this feature explicitly.

  I know that is the reason some people don't approve of them, but does it really matter? I think that the power that they provide, in interacting with JavaScript and storing and sending information from and to the server, outweighs the validation concern. Am I missing something? What are the ramifications of "invalid" HTML? And wouldn't a custom DTD resolve them anyway?

  The table is: currency_name exchange_rate USD 1.000000 EUR 1.194929 CAD 0.942142 etc. What I want is to make a simple little cron job Python script to run every couple hours and update these values in the database. Are there any open APIs? I mean I am like 99% sure Yahoo! or Google finance has something like this but cannot find. Maybe someone here has done this?

  Hello, I have a datetime.datetime property var. I would like to know if it is less than one hour of the current time. Something like var.hour<datetime.datetime.today().hour - 1 Problem with the above syntax is that datetime.datetime.today().hour returns a number such as "10" and it is not really a date comparation but more of a numbers comparation. We have two databases, the one is a development database, the other a production database. I've sometimes forgotten to make changes in to the production database, before we released some parts of our code, which results that the production database doesn't have the same structure, so if we release something we got some errors. Once I reasoned through my task and boiled it down to this, I was amused with myself.
