    I want to create a hgrc file to set the username and password for all paths on some machine, e.g no matter in which directory I am in, hg clone some_path will always work without prompting for a username and a password (this is for an auto-deploy script). I followed the instructions and created a file: /etc/mercurial/hgrc.d/deploy.rc it's contents: [auth] default.prefix= http://myrepo default.username = myuname default.password = pwd But when I do hg clone some_path I get abort: error: Connection refused. What Am i doing wrong?

  • PHP problem with getimagesize()

    I'm using the getimagesize() function in PHP and it keeps returning an error: getimagesize(image.php?name=username&pic=picture) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory I'm not doing anything strange with it. The only problem I can imagine is that the path URL is another PHP script that returns a page with an image header, and there is an ampersand in that URL.     Is there a quick and easy way to backup both MS SQL 2008 and MySQL, all their databases? Right now I have a batch script that runs, but I have to manually add a database each and every time, and I'm sick of maintaining it. So I want to set it up to backup all MS SQL and then all MySQL, I dont care if its two different solutions, just want the ability to backup all the databases without having to type them in.   • ASP.NET Master Page + pageLoad() = kills jquery?

    In my MasterPage, I have a ScriptManager that has a ScriptReference to my jquery.js file. This has always worked with no problems, all content pages that utilize jquery work fine. Recently, I added the following javascript script block at the end of my MasterPage: function pageLoad(sender, args) { } By simply adding the above pageLoad method, no jquery code is executed from any of my content pages. Why would just having a pageLoad in the Master Page have this effect? Thanks in advance for any insight.

In Bash it would be your prompt plus "\$(parse_git_branch)". And that is very important for a good script moving forward. Days Later: Ugh, it turns out that diff-index HEAD is NOT the same as checking status against working directory clean. So will this mean another plumbing call? I surely don't have time/expertise to write my own porcelain....
