  So, I basically would like to test to see if a string contains a range of alphanumeric characters. It's to be used as a client-side validation and I don't want to prevent users from entering whatever they want. Best to give examples of what should/should not pass validation: So to be specific, the expression I'm looking for is to test to make sure string contains anywhere from 3 to 10 alphanumeric characters. I'd like to plug into an ASP.NET client side validator. NOTE: quotes not part of input (but could be!) " f o o " should pass since there are 3 chars "f_0_0" should pass " fo " should not "F......o......o......b.....a......r" should pass thx

• Import small number of records from a very large CSV file in Biztalk 2006

  I have a Biztalk project that imports an incoming CSV file and dumps it to a database table. The import works fine, but I only need to keep about 200-300 records from a file with upwards of a million rows. My orchestration discards these rows, but the problem is that the flat file I'm importing is still 250MB, and when converted to XML using a regular flat file pipeline, it takes hours to process and sometimes causes the server to run out memory. Is there something I can do to have the Custom Pipeline itself discard rows I don't care about? The very first item in each CSV row is one of a few strings, and I only want to keep rows that start with a certain string. Thanks for any help you're able to provide.

• PHP Fatal error on line number that doesn't exist

  Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 523800 bytes) in /Library/WebServer/Documents/XMLDataStore.class.php on line 981 The curious thing about this error is not the memory leak, which would be easy enough to troubleshoot. Rather, it is the fact that XMLDataStore.class.php is only 850 lines long, which I have verified in multiple text editors. This is with the PHP 5.3 bundled with Snow Leopard. I'm not using an opcode cache. Here is my php.ini: allow_url_fopen = Off error_reporting = -1 display_errors = 1 display_startup_errors = 1 date.timezone = 'America/Los_Angeles' output_buffering = Off realpath_cache_size = 0k XMLDataStore.class.php has recently been refactored and it used to be longer than 981 lines. It's almost as if PHP has cached a 2-week-old version and is reading that. I'm positive that the current version at /Library/WebServer/Documents/XMLDataStore.class.php is only 850 lines long, though.

• Magento sales report number inconsistent with actual orders

  When I view the Sales report (Reports-Sales), it tells me I have 22 orders and made over $1000. When I view the orders (Sales-Orders), there are only 15 orders and I made a lot less. Also, the dashboard only shows $737. Where are all these numbers coming from? I'm using Magento 1.4.0.1.

  Hi, I am trying to display country codes(+91, +60, +01) in the combobox. Although the dataprovider(array) contains + sign but is removed.   Given data like this C1<-c(3,-999.000,4,4,5) C2<-c(3,7,3,4,5) C3<-c(5,4,3,6,-999.000) DF<-data.frame(ID=c("A","B","C","D","E"),C1=C1,C2=C2,C3=C3) How do I go about removing the -999.000 data in all of the columns I know this works per column DF2<-DF[!(DF$C1==-999.000 | DF$C2==-999.000 | DF$C3==-999.000),] But I'd like to avoid referencing each column. I am thinking there is an easy way to reference all of the columns in a particular data frame aka: DF3<-DF[!(DF[,]==-999.000),] or DF3<-DF[!(DF[,(2:4)]==-999.000),] but obviously these do not work And out of curiosity, bonus points if you can me why I need that last comma before the ending square bracket as in: ==-999.000),]

  I have a custom made class that use a long as ID. However, when I call my action using ajax, my ID is truncated and it loses the last 2 numbers because javascript loses precision when dealing with large numbers. My solution would be to give a string to my javascript, but the ID have to stay as a long on the server side. Is there a way to serialize the property as a string? I'm looking for some kind of attribute.   I would like to create a color generator based on random numbers, which might differ just slightly, but I need colors to be easily recognizable from each other. I was thinking about generation then in a rgb format which would be probably easiest. I'm afraid simply multiplying given arguments wouldn't do very well. What algorithm do you suggest using? Also, second generated color should not be the same as previous one, but I don't want to store them - nor multiplying with (micro)time would do well since the scripts' parts are usually faster.

  My question is a follow-up to the issue posted here regarding the Intellisense performance issue when building a large solution in VS2008 that has many partial static classes. Since Microsoft does not seem to be addressing the issue for VS2008, I would like to know if there are other ways around the problem? Waiting for VS2010 is not an option at this time. The proposed solution in the previous post is not practical as some of the partial classes may be regenerated and this would be a maintenance headache.

Basically I have a few instance of the class "menu-item" which when clicked call the click function via jQuery and bring up a video. Instead of giving each on an id as well as a class I am trying to find which instance of the class was clicked (1, 2, 3, etc).
