    I want to see my pixel coordinates on moviing my mouse on the image in picture box I have added this event Form.designer.cs this.MouseDown += new System.Windows.Forms.MouseEventHandler(this.pictureBox1_MouseDown); and this method in Form.cs private void pictureBox1_MouseDown(object sender, System.Windows.Forms.MouseEventArgs e) { locationtxt.Text = e.X.ToString() + "," + e.Y.ToString(); } but I cann't see anything in textbox on moving my mouse on form runtime.   • Use ImageMagick to place an image inside a larger canvas

    Getting started with ImageMagic and trying to find a way to do this... If an image is less than 50 pixels tall or 50 pixels wide, I'd like to place it (un-scaled) in the horizontal/vertical center of a new 50x50 pixel canvas on top of a white background - and save that as the new image. Anyone know if this is possible with ImageMagick? Thanks!

    Visual Studio 2010 highlights all references to the same variable (or class) when your cursor is placed over it. with the theme I use highlighted references are white on white - making them virtually impossible to read. what is the name of "display item" in Options- Environment Fonts and Colors that is responsible for that color? changing Plain Text to a darker one partially solves an issue however that also changes color for lots of other stuff on a screen, so ideally would be to change a background for this type of "selection"..

Should I continue to look for one person with both skills, or is it better broken to two separate tasks?

  • Is canvas security model ignoring access-control-allow-origin headers?

    It seems that even if you set the access-control-allow-origin header to allow access from mydomain.org to an image hosted on domain example.org, the canvas' origin-clean flag gets set to false, and trying to manipulate that image's pixel data will trigger a security exception. Shouldn't canvas' obey the access-control-allow-origin header and allow access to image's data without throwing an exception?

    Because windows xp renders certain fonts so poorly, i would like to detect whether the user is using that OS and add a class to the body accordingly. I'm looking ideally for an html conditional statement or php $_SERVER var to do this However failing that a piece of javscript along the lines of below would do if(users_os === 'xp'){ $('body').addClass('xp'); } What avenues should i be persuing?!!! thanks!
