    Does anybody knows if SQuirrel SQL client may output the of several SQL commands to a single result window in textplain or to a file ( as SQL+ would ) So I can: select * from dual; select * from dual; And have both results in a single "ready to" Ctrl-C format?

  • Adding to App Paths for 'Run' as a non-admin

    Is there a way to add a new App Path (for adding commands to Start-Run) without needing Admin? With admin, you can add an App Path to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths. I tried adding one under HKCU with no effect. I've added a new (user-writable) location to my user's PATH environment variable which lets me launch things from Start-Run, but the nerd in me still wants to know about the App Paths.

    I recently installed Windows 7 and now cannot use my Blackberry Bold as a modem (via a USB cable): When I query the modem it is successful. I have added the correct "at" commands. When I try connect it says "connecting modems" but then it times out with the following error: Error 638: The remote server is not responding in a timely fashion. I also have the latest desktop manager software installed.

I have enabled SQL Service Broker and some triggers on update/insert/delete and it is causing 100% CPU. Any ideas if I am doing something wrong or suggestions to improve?   • Cannot delete audit logs with sudo

    I am using auditctl to log all commands run on my Ubuntu system and I working on a script that parses the log into a more readable format. Since these logs tend to become very large, I want to periodically delete the logs. I found that by running sudo rm /var/log/audit/* I would get rm: cannot remove `/var/log/audit/*': No such file or directory however by running sudo su rm /var/log/audit/* The logs would be deleted without any problem. What could be the cause of this?

    Can you assign a keyboard shortcut to the commands you've placed in OneNote 2010's "Quick Access Toolbar"? CTRL+1, CTRL+2 or something.. What I really want to do is have a keyboard shortcut to select Pen #1, Pen #2 etc, but since I placed the pens in the "Quick Access Toolbar" I'd be happy if I could type a keyboard shortcut to access those.   • Launch only the command if the previous one worked inside SSH, SHELL

    I've got a SHELL script which is using a pipe to separate my 2 commands: ssh -oBatchMode=yes user@hostname "mysql -u yop -pyop -c yop | echo test" The problem is even if my connection to mysql doesn't work, it send the echo test. I would like to forbid my script to send any command if the previous command doesn't work. I search with a if condition but it seems it not possible with it :( Does anyone have an idea ? I'm using this command to automate environment variable value appending multiple times during the same process. Why doesn't environment variable get updated in cmd without restart? Is it possible to get the updated value of %SOMEVARIABLE% without restarting the command prompt?

  • GNU Screen: Remap mouse-wheel to active scroll back.

    I am using Screen with MinTTY at a bash prompt. Sometimes I want to activate scrollback and copy some stuff that was on the output. My first instinct is to scroll with the mouse, but all that happens is old bash commands start showing up (like when I press the up arrow). Is there a way to re-map the mouse wheel to: Go into scrollback mode, or If already in scrollback mode, start moving up in the scrollback window

  • Win 7 time service error

    I see a warning in my Win7 Events Log: The time service has not synchronized the system time for 86400 seconds because none of the time service providers provided a usable time stamp. The message suggests that I run: w32tm /resync When I try to run that command, I get an error: The following error occurred: The specified module could not be found. <0x8007007E I can run w32tm with no arguments and get the expected list of w32tm commands, so the program is accessable and runs. Any help is greatly appreciated.

  • Server 2012, ADFS 2.1, and Office 365

    Has anyone gotten ADFS 2.1 on Server 2012 working with o365 SSO? I have it working up to a point, I tweaked the registry to allow the powershell commands to run, user accounts syncs fine. Even the remote connectivity analyzer shows no errors. But SSO itself does not seem to be passing the credentials correctly. Microsoft claims that ADFS 2.1 is not supported to work with o365, but I'm just being stubborn and not giving up that easy.
