ASN1 out of memory. during a signedCMS.decode

I am having a problem using the signedCMS.decode routine. See the code below. Spring MVC defaultValue for Double

Hi All, I'm trying to build a controller like this: @RequestMapping(method = {RequestMethod.GET}, value = "/users/detail/activities.do") public View foo(@RequestParam(value = "userCash", defaultValue="0.0") Double userCash) { System.out.println("foo userCash=" + userCash); } This works fine: http://localhost/app/users/detail/activities.do?userCash=123& but in this one userCash==null despite the default value http://localhost/app/users/detail/activities.do?userCash=& From some digging it seems like the first one works b/c of a Editor binding like this: binder.registerCustomEditor(Double.class, new CustomNumberEditor(Double.class, false)); The trouble is that the second param (ie false) defines whether blank values are allowed. If i set that to true, than the system considers the blank input as valid so i get a null Double class. If i set it to false then the system chokes on the blank input string with: org.springframework.beans.TypeMismatchException: Failed to convert value of type 'java.lang.String' to required type 'double'; nested exception is java.lang.NumberFormatException: empty String Does anyone know how to get the defaultValue to work for Doubles? I recently installed cache-money. After some difficulties getting memcached and cache-money set up, I thought I had it working. It cached the one query on my login page fine. I login, and go to my message index page and get this error: indices delegated to @cache_config.indices, but @cache_config is nil: Slug(id: integer, name: string, sluggable_id: integer, sequence: integer, sluggable_type: string, scope: string, created_at: datetime) Searching for the first part of that error message returns 0 hits on Google, so I'm at a loss on where to even begin. Any suggestions?

What is the fastest way to create a checksum for large files in C#

Hi, I have to sync large files across some machines. The files can be up to 6GB in size. The sync will be done manually every few weeks. I cant take the filename into consideration because they can change anytime. My plan is to create checksums on the destination PC and on the source PC and than copy all files with a checksum, which are not already in the destination, to the destination. I've looked through the documentation for sqlalchemy and saw that the sqlite_autoincrement can be issued. An example where this attribute is given can be found here. sqlite_autoincrement seems though to be issued when creating the table itself, and I just wondered how it can be supplied when using a declarative style of the model such as mine.

Environment variable names with parentheses, like %ProgramFiles(x86)%, in PowerShell?

How does one get the value of environment variable whose name contains parentheses in a PowerShell script? To complicate matters, some variables names contains parentheses while others have similar names without parenteses. For example (using cmd.exe): C:\>set | find "ProgramFiles" CommonProgramFiles=C:\Program Files\Common Files CommonProgramFiles(x86)=C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files ProgramFiles=C:\Program Files ProgramFiles(x86)=C:\Program Files (x86) We see that %ProgramFiles% is not the same as %ProgramFiles(x86)%. My PowerShell code is failing in a weird way because it's ignoring the part of the environment variable name after the parentheses. Since this happens to match the name of a different, but existing, environment variable I don't fail, I just get the right value of the wrong variable. We have a common library that's used in both .NET 3.5 and .NET 4, so we need to be able to tell wether or not we should use the CAS method. Hi I have a reasonably advanced (many patches and subpatches) quartz composition that was created in Snow Leopard but doesn't run well (many elements are not rendered) in Leopard. The composition tested OK via Quartz Composer's Test in Runtime option and works fine for both Leopard 32-bits and Leopard 64-bits (menu item "File | Test in Runtime | Leopard 32-bits". In an actual Leopard (32-bits) system, a lot of elements are not rendered in the quartz composition. Below are the log file excerpt when the composition is run in QuickTime Player under Leopard: QuickTime Player[134] *** <QCNodeManager | namespace = "com.apple.QuartzComposer" | 335 nodes>: Patch with name "/units to pixels" is missing QuickTime Player[134] *** Message from <QCPatch = 0x06D82880 "(null)">:Cannot create node of class "/units to pixels" and identifier "(null)" QuickTime Player[134] *** Message from <QCPatch = 0x06D7C130 "(null)">:Cannot create node of class "/resize image to target" and identifier "(null)" QuickTime Player[134] *** Message from <QCPatch = 0x06D7C130 "(null)">:Cannot create connection from ["outputValue" @ "Math_1"] to ["Target_Pixels" @ "Patch_2"] The patch "units to pixels" is a system patch in Snow Leopard whereas the patch "resize image to target" is a custom virtual patch located in my home directory. I have tested the composition under another user's account and it ran fine which shows that it already embeds the "resize image to target" virtual patch that is located in my home directory. I'm really puzzled why the composition passes the Leopard Runtime test but yet fail to run in an actual Leopard OS? Is there a post-processing step that I need to run to the composition file? Hex representation of Euro Symbol €

Hi I was using XVI32 (Hex Editor) to get the hex representation of the Euro symbol and it gives me the value as 80. Another site: http://www.string-functions.com/string-hex.aspx does the same. I am not able to understand why the hex representation is 80 instead of 0x20AC. This 0X80 gives 128 in decimal and if I use Alt+0128 it actually produces the Euro symbol. Could somebody throw some light on what could be the logic behind this conversion from string to hex conversion ? Thanks

'rename' on files with apostrophes

I'm trying to batch rename some files using the 'rename' utility. Unfortunately, the file names contain apostrophes, and it's messing things up. I'm not sure how to proceed. PHP Site Deployment Suggestion

I'm currently quite troubled by the way of deployment my team is adopting... It's very old-fashioned and I know it doesn't work very well. But I don't exactly know how to change it, so please give some suggestions about it... Here is our current setup: 2 webservers 1 database server 1 test server Current deployment adaptation 1. We develop and work on the test server, every changes is uploaded manually to the test server. 2. When a change or feature is complete, we then commit the changes to SVN repository. 3. After committing the changes, we then upload our changes to the first webserver, where there will be a cronjob running every minute to sync the files between the servers. Something very annoying is, whenever we upload a file just as the syncing job starts, the file that is sync-ed will appear corrupted, since it is only half-uploaded. Another thing is whenever there is a deployment fault, it will be extremely difficult to revert. These are basically the problem I'm facing, what should I do?
