• MySQL: Digits (1.75) to Friendly Time (1 hour and 45 minutes)

  In my MySQL database, I have a float field named "HoursSpent" with values like "0.25", "1.75", "2.5", etc. Is there a way that I can have my SELECT statement format those values in a friendly format like this?: 0.25 = 15 minutes 1.75 = 1 hour and 45 minutes 2.5 = 2 hours and 30 minutes The "HoursSpent" field is supposed to only have values in 0.25 increments, but if somebody were to put something random like 0.16, it would be nice if the SELECT statement handled that by rounding it up to the nearest 0.25 (so in this case 0.16 would become 0.25, or 15 minutes).

  Did somebody tried to build Qt 4.5 with Visual Studio 2010 (Beta 2)? Any hints on doing that successfuly? Later edit I tried to run configure from a Visual Studio 2010 console. There is no makespecs support for 2010, so configure fails because of that.

  I mean the one which was previously established as DB = Sequel.sqlite('my_blog.db') or DB = Sequel.connect('postgres://user:password@localhost/my_db') or DB = Sequel.postgres('my_db', :user => 'user', :password => 'password', :host => 'localhost') or etcetera. The Sequel::Database class has no public instance method called "disconnect" or so though it has "connect" one. Maybe somebody already faced that problem. I would appreciate any idea.

• Can freetextbox display links that were not explicitly added?

For instance, if somebody pastes in http://www.stackoverflow.com it looks like a link but shows up only as text.   Hi all, Under Hudson, does somebody know how to specify a release tag name in a cvs checkout ? At the moment, i only specify the CVSROOT and modules names to checkout my project in my workspace.   I have two models, Worker and Project, and they are connected with has_many through association. I manage to find all the projects which are related to a specific worker by writing the following code: worker=Worker.find_by_id("some_id") worker.projects but I want the projects that I get to be only active projects (in the project model I have a status field) I tried to do something like worker.projects(:status_id=>'active') but it didn’t work for me. Can somebody tell me how I can do this?
