  I have 1000+ access files. Each file has a query named "overview" that has the same fields in each of the 1000 files. I need to import the results of these 1000+ overview queries into one single access db and append them into one table. Is there an automated way to do this? Thanks very much.

  Currently I'm having the following htaccess content: <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine on RewriteRule ^(.*).html$ $1.php </IfModule> I want to change the php extension to html. Now if I browse for localhost/xx.html I get the right content. BUT I also can use xx.php or xx to access the oontent! I only want to get the content if there is an html extension! How can I make this work??? Example: On the server I have the file foo.php. Now I want the user to type in foo.html in the browser to get the content of foo.php. But if he types foo.php there will be an error. I already tried this RewriteRule ^(.*)[^\.html]$ error.php RewriteRule ^(.*)\.html$ $1.php But that does not really work Thanks!

  My server has multiple IPs, 1.1.1.1 1.1.1.2 and i have a service which listens to a port e.g. 88 Now i want, when somebody from outside, wants to connect to the port, that he can only connect, to that port, if he connects to the ip 1.1.1.2:88 but if he tries to connect to 1.1.1.1:88 it should not react and it should look like that it dont exists and drops all connections. Ok, than i need for 1.1.1.2:88 that only allows a specific ip range outside connecters. for example only 9.*.*.* can connect to that port and ip. I'm using Centos. Thank you for your help.

  I'm running Windows Server 2008 R2, my station runs Windows 7. while defining folder redirection policy (and others) I find that the redirection does not apply (or appear) in rsop.msc checkout. First thing I've checked is restrictions on the folders where the My Documents folder will be redirected to, I have set full rights for my user on those folders (on the server), and yet I get no actual result. Eventually I decided to add my specific user to the scope under the Folder Redirection policy, and well - still nothing... Would love some clue about what can be wrong.

  We have two Windows 2008 domain controllers. We installed the second DC only a few months ago. We also have a TFS 2012 server on the network. Today, when the older DC crashed, TFS stopped working completely. Local users received messages such as "You are not authorized to access ServerName\Collection". Remote users received messages such as "The server was used in your last session, but it might be offline or unreachable". So my question is, why did TFS not use the second, newer DC instead of just crashing along with the first DC?

What I want is that, when an item selected in the "category" list, everything in the "items" list from that category is also selected. For example, if "Categories" contains "Animal", "Mineral", and "Vegetable", and "Items" contains "Dog", "Cat", "Monkey", "Diamond", "Granite", "Carrot", "Tomato": If "Animal" is selected in one list, "Dog", "Cat", and "Monkey" should be selected; any other selections should remain as they are.   I have a setup where I need to forward X11 from my local machine (laptop) to a Virtual machine. The server hosting this VM cannot be reached directly from my laptop. I need to first login to a gateway and from this gateway, I can access the VM. How can I forward X11 from my laptop to this VM?   Let's say I have table in database. I'd like to be able to view all data from this table and be able to edit every field from single screen. I tried to do this in phpmyadmin but I'm not sure how... I can see all data but I have to click edit on single field and then I'm sent to next screen, can't really edit everything at once. How do I do this in phpmyadmin or other mysql gui? I'm on Linux, my server too. I'd like each field in table to be editable text field - maybe this will show better what I'm searching for.

  Tried to find the answer, but still couldn't.. The table is as follows: id, keyword, value 1 display 15.6 1 harddrive 320 1 ram 3 So what i need is something like this.. Select an id from this table where (keyword="display" and value="15.6") AND (keyword="harddrive" and value="320") There's also a possibility that there will be 3 or 4 such keyword conditions which should result into returning one id (one row) It seems there's something to deal with UNION but i didn't use it before so i can't figure it out Thanks in advance

  After being disappointed with Ubuntu's release update feature, I finally decided to have separate mount points for / and /home. Towards this, I reformatted my HDD giving most of my drive to sda1(meant to be /home) and allocated about 40GB to rootfs (/). Unfortunately, I would also like to have a /projects which is to be located on sda1. Currently, sda1 is being mounted as /dev/sda1 on /home type ext4 (rw) I've tried looking online for a solution to this problem..however, I'm not sure as to what to look for! Is it possible to mount the 'home' directory of sda1 as /home and 'projects' directory of sda1 as /projects?

  Someone in my studio designed a webpage some years ago, and now the client decided to change the server (he moved to a Linux Apache server running Gen2 SMP, 64 bits, PHP version 5.3.8, Standard MYSQL version 5). It suddenly started to do weird things. When clicking on a link that requires login, the page redirects you to the login page using header() function in PHP.   I'm running Jolicloud 1.2 from a USB stick. I clicked the "run but don't install option" at the start up menu and then i created an account. It says I am logged in as guest mode. How can I copy files from my original c:\ which is listed in the file manager to my usb stick. There's no button and drag and drop doesn't work is there a way to get into terminal? Is it perhaps restricted because I am a "guest"?
