Is there something else I need to do?

    After following the instructions at: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LiveCDCustomizationFromScratch; I installed xorg, gdm, and gnome. For some reason when I try to run it on both of my computers and qemu, it freezes up. Sadly I cant access a console to view all my logs, but I do have a dump of the boot process.   • Lenovo Ideapad p500 having Windows 8 booting issues. Boot repair pastebin included!

    I recently installed Ubuntu 13.10, and thought I properly set things up to dual boot into Windows 8, but I continually get .efi errors when I attempt to boot into Windows 8. I installed Boot-Repair and used that to run the recommended fixes. It provided additional boot options within the GRUB2, but none (other than Ubuntu) are working. In particular, I want to simulate how smaller droplets merge together to form larger droplets that have enough weight to oppose the surface tension and flow downward, leaving a trail of water. I'm aware of fluid simulation, but how would it be applied in this situation?

    I just got a new laptop, HP dm4, and I'm having problems getting the audio to work properly on it. http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=7b697a35465a9f7236fb94deb9ff97fa65e55489 I tried to edit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf and added: option snd-hda-intel model=ref this caused the audio to work, but it's muffled.     Since 2009, Google counts nofollow links also as outgoing links, and thus reduces the value of the other links. What are some alternatives to stop Google counting outside links from my page? If I make links appear on my page source like this: <span hrefs="http://link" rel="nofollow" link="true">Link Name</span> and then in JavaScript replace span with a tag and replace hrefs with href for every span tag that has link="true". Will this help?
