I hope that by understanding the purpose of collapsing margins, I will understand when to use them and how to avoid them when they are not needed. What is the purpose of this feature?

    I want to implement a simple 2 part FormWizard. My second form, I actually want no input. I just want to display a confirmation screen containing the credit card info, apple info, and money amounts (total, tax, shipping). Once user clicks OK, I want the apple purchase to commence. I was able to implement the single form way by passing in the request.user object in the kwargs. However, with the FormWizard, I cannot figure this out. Am I approaching the problem wrong and is the FormWizard not the proper way to do this? If it is, how can the Form __init__ method access the user object from the HTTP request?

    Hello, In an HTML page, if I align some <div>s with "right: 0px", they all look very nice, as I expect. However, if I make the browser window smaller and the horizontal scroll bar appears, when I scroll the page to the right, I see an unexpected white space (instead of the background colors of my <div>s). It seems that my <div>s are aligned relative to the visible area of the page. My parents have had a business for 20 years and have finally decided to get a website! As im studying IT and Business i said id get it done for them. Rather than design it from scratch i used a template which i bought from themeforest.net (awesome template!) and yesterday a friend mentioned in passing using word press as a CMS which i had never heard of before, and he left before i could ask any questions. SO basically i have a site working on my computer and i have no idea how to get it live as a .com or .com.au, so far as i can see wordpress is a blog with .wordpress.com which isnt what im looking for. I can make it have the height and width if I make it float: left. In there the problem occur cause I need the <ul> to be centered but it won't because of the float:left of the <a>. how can I make it centered with fix height and width of the anchors? note: anchors don't have fixed length... the sample is just 5, but it can also grow to 7, or 9. I also need the links to be inline in view.

    Only in Internet Explorer does this occur: I'm getting an additional margin (of 19 pixels) below a fieldset and I can't seem to see why, whatever I try! The fieldset should have a 1.125em bottom margin and it does in Safari, Firefox etc. It has an extra 19 pixels in Internet Explorer?   • css, jquery issue

    I was playing with Infogrid on my site. I added a header, a footer and added some text on the last block of iron man. As you can see the footer doesn't show up and the text of the last block is cut off. Now if you remove overflow:hidden; on the body, html the footer shows up but the text is still cut off. Any idea on how this the footer could show up without the scrollbar (so overflow:hidden; has to stay) and how to get the text of the last block to show up entirely?
