    Hello I have apache 2.2 server and welogic 11g running on web server. Apache is set for revers proxy on port 8080, weblogic serves two web pages and it's on port :7001 first page: localhost:7001/e-SPP/app second page: localhost:7001/e-sprejem/app I would like to access this two pages with apache like so: localhost:8080/e-SPP/app localhost:8080/e-sprejem/app Listen 8080 ServerName localhost:8080 <Proxy *> Order deny,allow Allow from all </Proxy> ProxyRequests Off ProxyPreserveHost On RewriteEngine On <Location /e-SPP/app> ProxyPass localhost:7001/e-SPP/app ProxyPassReverse localhost:7001/e-SPP/app </Location> <Location /e-sprejem/app> ProxyPass localhost:7001/e-sprejem/app ProxyPassReverse localhost:7001/e-sprejem/app </Location> This configuration opens my pages bust it's black anw white because CSS and JS aren't loaded! Path to the css over proxy looks like this : localhost:8080/e-SPP/css/style.css which doesn't open the CSS if I change the port to 7001 the it works !!! localhost:7001/e-SPP/css/style.css What should I do that CSS and JS are loaded?   • Problem with Quotas and File Screening on Mount Points in Windows 2008

    Hello, I have a Windows 2008 Server running the File Server Role and I would like to use mount points for my volumes instead of drive letters. However, I need to use the quota and file screening features of File Server Resource Manager, and it seems that they do not apply correctly to mount point folders. I am able to upload oversized files and excluded file types without any warnings. Could someone help me with a fix or workaround for this issue? Thanks, Jamie

  • BIND split-view DNS config problem

    We have two DNS servers: one external server controlled by our ISP and one internal server controlled by us. I'd like internal requests for foo.example.com to map to 192.168.100.5 and external requests continue to map to 1.2.3.4, so I'm trying to configure a view in bind. Unfortunately, bind fails when I attempt to reload the configuration.     I've installed Microsoft's Virtual PC on Windows 7, but when I try to start a virtual machine I get the following error message: '<Virtual machine name' could not be started because hardware-assisted virtualization is disabled. Please enable hardware virtualization in the BIOS settings and try again. If hardware virtualization settings is already enabled, you may have to disable Trusted Execution Technology (TXT) setting in BIOS or update the system BIOS. However, if I download and run the Hardware-Assisted Virtualization Detection Tool, it gives the following positive message: This computer is configured with hardware-assisted virtualization. This computer meets the processor requirements to run Windows Virtual PC. If this computer runs a supported edition of Windows® 7, you can install Windows Virtual PC. I've also used the MSR Walker in the third-party utility CrystalCPUID to examine MSR 0x3a on both processors on my system, and it's 0x5 (0x4 = VT enabled, 0x1 = VT lock), as expected. Does anyone have any ideas of what else to check? Thanks.

    im trying to add a wildcard subdomain system to my webserver, but its still not working, this is the steps i took: i made a new file vhost.conf in the directory var/www/vhosts/www.kornar.com/conf/vhost.conf and i put ServerAlias *.domain.com then second of all i made a new dns wildcard on plesk CNAME *.domain.com kornar.com and then i edited my .htaccess file Options +FollowSymLinks RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(^.*)\.kornar.com RewriteRule (.*) user.php?user=%1 normally my url would be http://www.kornar.com/user.php?user=solomon but now i want to like this http://solomon.kornar.com but the steps i took still deosnt work :)) whats happening here

  • php APC uptime problem

    I am on LAMP with Alternative PHP Cache. It worked fine until yesterday when I updated the website and changed a few mySQL queries (I don't see the how it would affect APC opcode cache) Today I see that the load has increased on the server and I see in Alternative PHP Cache, that the uptime of APC is somewhere around 15 minutes then it gets restarted. At this point the APC cache is only about 20% full of the available 30Mb. Using for opcode cache only. During this 15 minutes the cache works fine (99,8% cache hits). After this unwanted restart the APC cache is empty. Why is it restarting? Where can I find the logs for it? Thanks, Hamlet

    My CentOS 5.6 server's hostname was "centos" . And then i change it to my domain : hostname domain.com And i started to installing WHM / cPanel as explained in here : http://etwiki.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/InstallationGuide/InstallingCpanel It's installed very well. And the i reboot my server. After rebooting, i was execute this command for open WHM's 2087 port : iptables -I RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -m state --state NEW -m tcp -p tcp --dport 2087 -j ACCEPT Now i'm trying to browse domain.com:2087 i'm getting Server (centos) not found .I noticed it's forwarding to my old hostname (centos) . And then execute this command to verify me hostname hostname it's returned "centos" again. I'm not sure, why it's returned to old hostname. (I think it returned to old hostname after rebooting) . I'm changed it one more time : hostname domain.com Finally, now my hostname is domain.com . BUt still i'm getting centos server not found error. This is result of iptables -L command. P.S. : domain.com/cpanel is working

    Hi, I'm freshman so far in server management stuff but this seems to be clearly against logic. After updating my Windows Server 2008 Standard 32bit, installing DNS server and AD DS I wanted to create domain via using CMD and dcpromo.exe setup. But no matter if I disable demand for comlex password in Password policies or create a password which fully comply with requirements for strong and complex password, still I can't get any further and it says that my password doesn't meet requirements. I'm also asked there to activate password demand by NET USER -passwordreq:yes and when I do so, this password doesn't work any more and I have to remove it from other admin account to be at least able to login with proper Administrator account.

  • i7 overclocking problem

    Hi everyone, I've got an overclocked system that seems to be misbehaving. When trying to boot up from cold the system just hangs and nothing is output to the screen. Fans are on as they should but nothing happens to finish the boot. From here I have to switch it off then on again and the boot completes. If I go into the tweak menu in the BIOS I'm informed that a boot has failed I've been in touch with Overclockers UK support a bit and theres not yet been a solution. We've mainly been tweaking the voltage for the CPU. Any suggestions? I'm new to Overclocking which is why I got a bundle with OCUK. With this issue happening on Cold Boot too its tricky to test as I have to make a change then wait till the next day. My system is here: Intel Core i7 930 2.80Ghz overclocked to 4GHz Gigabyte X58A-UD3R (BIOS Version: FC) 6GB RAM Power Supply - CoolerMaster Silent Pro M series 700W One suggestion made by OCUK was that maybe its the power supply but I'm not sure and dont have a spare - it's brand new and a pretty expensive piece of kit. Any thoughts on this? Other recomendations for Power? thanks Ben

    Whenever I use my iPod Touch G4 (iOS 4.1) at home, I cannot play Youtube videos using the Youtube app. The lists of videos shows correctly, but when I tap to play a video and the video toolbar shows up, a dialog box shows "The server is not correctly configured" and the video is not played. When I turn off my Privoxy (v3.0.15) proxy, the video plays correctly. How can I use Privoxy as the global default proxy while still retaining Youtube App functionality?

    I am migrating a bunch of sites which each use an Access database (or whatever an MDB file is). If I try to load the site, I get the following error: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80004005' [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exist or access denied If I rename the MDB file, I get a complaint that the file does not exist, which makes sense. If the file is named correctly, the site tries to load for about 30 seconds or so, and then just fails with the above message. During this waiting period, I can see a lock file being created (and then at some point removed). The MDB file and it's parent dir have full permissions granted to all users. Given that the lock file is successfully created and removed, I don't think that this is a "real" permission issue. The OS is Windows Server 2003 SP2. I am not sure about much more detail on it's config wrt Access databases. I also don't know what version it is expected to be. Volume is properly detected on the linux box and filesystem is created using mkfs.ext2 /dev/sdc #No partition table I can not mount the volume using mount/dev/sdc /mnt/temp -t ext3 But I can mount it using mount /dev/sdc /mnt/temp -t ext3 -o loop Can anybody please tell me what "-o loop" option does internally?   • Problem hosting server behing personal router

    I recently bought the domain name lucidcontraptions.com and want to host the website from home. I have a D-Link router in which I have set up my personal virtual server correctly. My application server is Apache 2.2. The server works perfectly with the following settings: External IP: 207.172.xx.xx. Public port: 8888 Internal IP: 192.168.xx.xx. Private port: 80 If I go to 207.172.xx.xx:8888/ the server works perfectly and my Apache page shows up without any issues, both from inside the intranet as well as outside. This setting would not work out for me as I am not allowed port numbers in my DNS management. Now when I tweak the settings to the following: External IP: 207.172.xx.xx. Public port: 80 Internal IP: 192.168.xx.xx. Private port: 80 If I go to 207.172.xx.xx/ the server works perfectly and my Apache page shows up without any issues, BUT ONLY FROM INSIDE THE INTRANET. This page does not show up for people outside the intranet.
