• Sony SmartWatch 2 Magnetic Fields confusion

  I'm trying to use Registration.SensorTypeValue.MAGNETIC_FIELD in SmartWatch's 2 plugin. But values that I received put me into some dissapointed state, cause of few reason: Values is to big (I tested magnetic fields on 3 phones and result is like "-12. , 38, -14", and the watch give me something like "488, 440, -115") Values are almost static, they live in very small range. What's wrong with me or with the watch? I think this question is for Sony support team.

  In my application I am using a webview, and in order to increase/decrease text size, I am using WebSettings().setTextSize method, but, this method is limited to 5 predefined enum sizes only (SMALLEST, SMALLER, NORMAL, LARGER,LARGEST). I know I can use WebSettings().setTextZoom(int), but my application is available for API Level 8 and above, and this method was introduced in API Level 14... My question is: Is there any way to add other sizes to webSettings().setTextSize? maybe by extending textSize enum, or define other sizes?

  I have a large data file that is creatd from a shell script. Next script processes it by sorting and reading several times, that takes more than 14 hours, it is not viable. I want to replace this long running script with a program, probably in JAVA, C, or COBOl, that can run on windows or on sun solaris. I have to read a group of records everytime, sort and process and write to the output sort file and at the same time insert into db2/sql tables.

  Python beginner here, I have a list of lists and want to refer to a specific part of that list. For example lol = [[1, 2, 4], [6, 7, 8], [9, 10, 14]] If I just want to print the first item in one of the lists, eg the 1, 6 or 9, how would I do that? I can only find ways to refer to each of the lists seperately eg lol[0] but not to then refer to an item within that list. Thank you in advance for your help! Cheers

I basically define the input as a const char *. would that be the correct and safe thing to do? also why would I not want to just do char * which I could but it seems more prudent to use const char * in that case especially since its an api that i am providing. so for different input values I generate 6 digit codes.

  I'm trying to write a parser that will read a particular file type, and I need to map the different data types to C# equivalents. Most of them aren't that difficult, but I'm having trouble wrapping my head around what "int16 with a bias of 14" means. I've deduced that it's some kind of floating point type, so my best bet would be to write a converter that would map it to a float, double, or decimal type. I'm not sure where to take it from here, though.

• Teamviewer: cannot control monitor 1, but can control monitor 2

  I'm using the web client of Teamviewer from my work computer trying to control my home computer. I have 2 monitors on the remote desktop, but for some reason only have control on the second monitor. When I switch to the main monitor (monitor 1), I cannot do anything and cannot even move the cursor. But I have no issues when I switch over to the second monitor (monitor 2). I used to have no issues with either, but in the past couple of months this has been causing me issues. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks!! Also... Here is the log from the Teamviewer session. • Getting hp-snmp-agents on HP ProLiant DL360 on Lenny working

  After receiving our HP ProLiant DL360 I'd like to integrate the machine into our Munin system and thus enable ProLiant specific information to be exposed via SNMP. I'm running Debian Lenny with kernel 2.6.26-2-vserver-amd64 . I've followed http://downloads.linux.hp.com/SDR/getting_started.html and the HP repository has been added to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/HP-ProLiantSupportPack.list . Setting up Lenny SNMP itself is not a problem, I configure it to have a public v1 community string to read all data and it works. I install hp-snmp-agents and run hpsnmpconfig and it adds additional lines to the top of /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf : dlmod cmaX /usr/lib64/libcmaX64.so snmpd gets restarted. Via lsof I can see that libcmaX64 was loaded and is used by snmpd, put I do not get any additional information out of snmp. I use snmpwalk -v 1 -c public ... and I can see many OIDs but I do not see the new ones I'd expect, most notably temperatures, fan speed and such. Is this expected behavior?

• Wifi not working after a few minutes

  I'm using a few MacBooks and iPads connected to a router via WiFi. The problem is that a few minutes after they connect via WiFi the connection stops working. This happens on all devices. I went into the router settings by connecting via cable and everything seems in order. Connecting a laptop via cable to the router I can use internet as normal, the problem is only with WiFi. What can be the problem here? In the process of serving tiles it performs a transform on the incoming bbox, and in this process hit's the following error. So my previous workaround failed. While I'd like to fix this issue, I decided to work around the issue this type by making a django view that performs the transform needed. So now tilestache requests the data through the django app and not internally.

• Cannot ping Localhost so I can't shutdown Tomcat
