  • IIS SMTP server (Installed on local server) in parallel to Google Apps

    I am currently using free version of Google Apps for hosting my email.It works great for my official mails my email on Google is [email protected]. In addition I'm sending out high volume mails (registrations, forgotten passwords, newsletters etc) from the website (www.mydomain.com) using IIS SMTP installed on my windows machine. These emails are sent from [email protected] My problem is that when I send email from the website using IIS SMTP to a mail address [email protected] I don’t receive the email to Google apps. (I only receive these emails if I install a pop service on the server with the [email protected] email box). It seems that the IIS SMTP is ignoring the domain MX records and just delivers these emails to my local server.     From the first look, it seems that the onscreen keyboard in Windows 8 cannot be moved from its default position at the bottom of the screen: However, sometimes it obstructs the input field and should be repositioned (see iOS 5's screenshots for examples) So the question is, can it actually move? If it can, how can I do that? If it cannot, is it possible to use the keyboard to fill an input field that is underneath it?

  • Cannot move folder to a subdirectoy of itself - What's going on?

    O.K I am trying to do the following very simple command and it is failing as follows... mv '/home/admin/Downloads/folder1' '/home/admin/MyLibrary/MyVideos/TV/folder1/' mv: cannot move `/home/admin/Downloads/folder1' to a subdirectory of itself, `/home/admin/MyLibrary/MyVideos/TV/folder1/' The destination is NOT a subfolder of the source - why is it giving me this error?? Linux version is a custom version of Red Hat on a NAS box. Thanks

  • ISPconfig3 + CentOS 6.2 , confused on how to move forward after initial install?

    I installed ISPCONFIG3 on centos 6.2 using the great guide on howtoforge.com. Everything is up and running and I can access ISPCONFIG via a browser. However I am not sure how to move forward with the initial setup so I can setup the very first account and get my website live. Details: Only have 1 server, the centos+ispconfig is running on a virtual machine of XEN XCP. I setup the server name to be server1.mydomain.com. I only have 2 usable ips. I plan to use them as follows: xx.xx.xx.01 : For my website and the websites of all accounts I add. xx.xx.xx.02 : For ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com (Yea I know they should be different ips at different locations, but this is what I have to work with at the moment.... ) I registered the nameservers at my registrar with the .02 ip. I want to use bind and ISPconfig to run the DNS on my server itself and not via my registrar. Right now if I go to the .01 IP it shows the centos+apache successful install page. So to break it down basically I am not sure where to start when it comes to: (What to consider and what to do to setup the first domain on the server) Telling bind to use the name server domains with .02. Setting up my First website(which will be my main website) in ISPconfig so mydomain.com resolves properly to my server. Make it so when you go to the .01 IP, it either redirects or shows the contents of my main website. (If this can't be done, then any advice is appreciated) Making sure that when I add a new domain, it automatically puts in the proper information for the domain so it points to the right mail, database, dns, entry. If I overlooked a tutorial then please feel free to let me know, and any advice would be greatly appreciated. Some of the tutorials I found were not specific to doing everything on only one server with Centos+Apache+Bind. Right now all I did was install centos and install ISPconfig3. Trying to move forward correctly so I don't mess up everything I did by not knowing what to do. Thank you in advance!!

  • MS-Outlook add-on to move a new message to the same folder as the rest of the thread

    I'm forced to use MS-Outlook in my job, while I very much like the feature that shows all the messages of a discussion thread (that are stored in different folders) in the inbox when a new message is received for that thread, if the previous messages are in a different data file (which I'm forced to have as the MS-Exchange server quota is very very small) then the message list only shows the name of the data file and not the name of the folder where the messages are stored. As a result, because I file my message by context (i.e. all the emails for project A go into a "Project A" folder, etc), and its important for me to have all the messages in a single thread in the same folder, it is sometimes hard to figure out into which folder should I file the new message. It would be great help if there was some add-on or VBA script that I could add to my setup that will offer a shortcut key or a button to "file this message to the same folder as the previous messages in the conversation thread".

    I recently started using Linux and was floored by the ease with which windows can be moved and resized with simple keyboard combinations using Compiz. If I want to move a terminal to top-right of the screen a simple CTRL+ALT+Numpad9 does the trick for me, and it resizes the window at the same time. I'm sure you guys know what I'm talking about. I would like to know if there is a way to do this in windows. Thanks.

  • Email Discovery from Fairly Large Mailbox (15gig) Exchange 2003.

    I have a request from our legal team to search a users' mailbox. the mailbox is 15gig and it is on exchange 2003. I am trying to run windows desktop search and google desktop. I have gotten them to index mailbox but getting the results into a folder to backup on cd is getting bit difficult. Windows desktop search and google desktop search does not allow you to copy results to another folder. Can anyone point me to right direction? What is the best way to index and copy the results of pst, mailbox or edb file? What is the best discovery methods? Thanks

  • I need to move part of my website to another web server, how can I do this and keep the same Domain

    I need to move a section of my website to another server because it is taxing our current web server. However, I cannot afford to lose page rank on any pages within the section of the site that must be moved. Furthermore, the URL of the pages must not be changed... visitors must still see the same URL, even though it would be served up by different hardware from a different data center.
