  • How to set specific column settings in JTable?

    How can I make my JTable show specific stuff for each column? Can I use an Object for more than one column?     I am trying to integrate PJNSMTPCONNECTION CLASSES in my project; they say that those classes do not use MFC. My project is with the setting like MT, and using standard library linking. When I try to compile, I am getting CSTRING not defined and fatal error C1189: #error : WINDOWS.H already included. MFC apps must not #include <windows.h> If I include afx.h and remove windows.h, I am getting iDLLMain already defined errors. How do I resolve these problems, please?

  • Apache setting mod_auth_ldap require settings per sub-directory

    I would like to set up a primary directory that has one set of LDAP-based restrictions and then have various sub-directories use other restrictions, but only have the actual LDAP search done in the base directory. For example: .htaccess per directory /Primary_Directory AuthLDAPURL "ldap://ldap1.airius.com:389/ou=People, o=Airius?uid?sub?(objectClass=*)" Require group cn=admins ../Open2All Require valid-user ../No_Admins_Allowed Require group cn!=admins So basically, the primary directory (in this example) can only be accessed by users who are in the admins group, while the first sub-directory can be accessed by anyone in the directory, and the second sub-folder can be reached by anyone who is NOT in the admin-group. But I only want to set the Require line for the sub-directories, and not re-setup the LDAP query on each sub-directory. Is this possible, even though there are clear permissions conflicts from level to level? Does the deepest .htaccess file know that the Require line refers to the LDAP search in the parent folder?

    hi, I made a swf that interacts with other site on the internet (which has a crossdomainfile for me). in the main.mxml there is a definition of webservice (mx:WebService)(which is not in my domain). Therefore when loading the swf, there is a first call to crossdomainfile.xml. I put this swf on my server so that my clients can get it. When i connect to my server to download the swf, i expect to be asked if i want to allow the swf connect to foreign webservice domain. But i am not being asked. Do i always need to define exception in Global Security Settings panel? I don't want my client do define special things.. Is there a best practice for that? Why when i surfing the net other swf can do this? I read about the FlashPlayerTrust, can i define there a website i trust my swf will connect to? anyone knows?

  • TinyMCE refresh issue

    I'm using TinyMCE, witch is working fine for the most part... when the user saves the page redirects to a a php page that extracts the textfield data and processes it, i wont elaborate cause that's no t the issue... the issue is that when it redirects back to the page... the textfield is blank and i can click on it but not see anything, if i type it enters(but i can't see it), this also happens when i go to the address directly, the only way i can see it is to hit the refresh button... i tried a meta refresh to the page... i tried disabling cache... any ideas would be great... thanks in advance

    We are running an ASP.NET app on a web server with 4GB+ of memory in IIS 6. After reading many articles, it states that we need to set the "maximum memory used" for the Application Pool to 800mb to eliminate the "out of memory exceptions" that are happening for us. However, what should the "maximum virtual memory" in the Application Pool be set to? I can't find information as to what that should be set to.

    I've noticed that the brightness of computer monitors drastically varies between computers. As such, this changes the look of web pages greatly. Is there a way to use JavaScript to automatically detect how bright (or dark) a users monitor is so that I can adjust my web page colors accordingly? UPDATE Please note that I do not want manual user involvement. I want this detection to be automatic so that users don't realize I dynamically change the color palette automatically based on the brightness/darkness of their monitor.

  • TFS 2008 ignores team project check-in settings

    I'm trying to set up our TFS 2008 instance to require that projects build before they can be checked in. I have created a check-in policy using the out of the box "Builds" policy, but I'm still able to check broken projects in after mangling the code and attempting to build the project. We're a small shop, and TFS was originally set up with our team's Active Directory group listed as TFS admins. Is this the problem? Do check-in policies apply to TFS admins? Any other suggestions?

  • Reset application and settings on user change

    Currently working on a project where a login will be required to use the application. I'm trying to figure out a smarter way to reset the application if someone is somehow logged out and the next one to login is not the same user. The option I have come up with at the moment is storing all user specific data/information in a DTO but this leaves me with cleaning up some parts of the work area. Is a ResetControls my only option here? I'm afraid that when updating the application someone might forget to update that part, most likely myself now that wrote it out. Anybody with experience in this that could provide some ideas to a simple yet fairly automagic solution?

    I am trying to figure out how I want to handle settings in my PHP app. I have pretty much decide that I would like to use a Confg class file so it will be autoloaded and flexible in the future. Below is some stuff I was playing with. I know you cannot set a variable to popluate a Constant so I then try to use a public static property.   • jQuery fadeOut() function doesn't ALWAYS work in Chrome, Firefox, IE

    Sometimes, the slideshow on my website, which uses fadeOut and fadeIn to cycle through three main images, will fadeIn a new photo without fading in the old one. This doesn't happen every time the page loads though.     I am not sure if this belongs on serverfault or superuser. I would like to override SetThreadExecutionState(ES_DISPLAY_REQUIRED) to be a no-op. How is this accomplished? Is there some registry setting that can be altered instead of API hooking? Blocking ES_DISPLAY_REQUIRED will prevent apps from keeping the monitor powered on. I have an application (likely the antivirus) that is preventing some monitors from entering power-save and I think this function is the culprit.

    I have an Android app with an ImageButton. When user clicks on it, intent launches to show camera activity. When user capture the image, I'd like to save it in drawable folder of the app and display it in the same ImageButton clicked by the user, replacing the previous drawable image. I used the activity posted here: Capture Image from Camera and Display in Activity ...but when I capture an image, activity doesn't return to activity which contains ImageButton.     I'm trying to build a player for a radio station that automatically updates the current song from an XML file, the problem is that I don't want it to update the UI (updateSongIMG) unless the song has actually changed. I have a hidden div called settings_songid that stores the song id and it should check that against a value in the XML file, if its different, then it should update it.   • Visual Studio Colour Settings

    I've got a custom colour set in Visual Studio and one of the colours when debugging is making things a bit of a misery. Unfortunately I can't figure out which one it is, and when going through and changing all the light background ones, it still remains. Can anyone point me in the right direction?   • Unable to Get values from Web Form to a PHP Class to Display

    I am having troubles getting the value from my variables submitted via a web form using a PHP class file. Here is my structure of the web page: Order Form Page Process.php Page Book.php Page I can easily get the user data entered (on Order Form Page), process, and display it on the Process.php page. The issue is that I must create a Book class and print the details of the data using the Book class. I have an empty constructor printing out "created" so I know my constructor is being called. I also am able to print the word "title" so I know I can print to the screen by using the Book class. My issue is that I can't get values in my variables in the Book class. Here is my variable declaration: private $title; Here is my printDetails function: public function printDetails () { echo "Title: " . $this->title . "<br />"; } Here is my new instance of the book class: $bookNow = new book; Here are my get and set functions: function __getTitle($title) { return $this->$title; } function __setTitle($title,$value) { $this->$title = $value; } I do have four other variables that I'm looking to display as well. Each of those have their own variable declaration, a line in printDetails, and their own setter and getter. Lastly, I also have a call to the Book class in my process PHP. It looks like this: function __autoload($book) { include $book . '.php'; } $bookNow = new book(); Any help, much appreciated. It must be something so very small (I'm hoping).
