• Word 2007 - Pasted Text Not Spellchecked??

  My Word 2007 spell-check seems to work fine, except that when I paste in text from somewhere else, it won't detect any misspellings in that pasted text...no matter what I try. If it makes any difference, when I paste in text, the formatting is preserved (size color etc). Any ideas on what to try?

  How do I run a script when a drive is mounted under OSX ? My usecase is that I would like to automatically copy images from my USB memory/harddrive when it is inserted in my USB card reader, and when a DVD or CD is inserted I would like to copy it for storage in my media center. I've tried using Marcopolo but from what I can see it can only detect the presence of a certain USB device, not the presence of specific harddrive.   Go the new FF12 and I hit the "Inspect Element (Q)", i'm use to hitting "Inspect" and getting FireBug, now i get the FF inspection tool. It looks nice, but how do i turn it off? Not disable it, but stop inspecting the current page? I have to close the tab, when working on a large web application, have to sign back in and re-setup everything i was testing to get back to a normal view. Big waste of time.

  I was looking for a way to portfoward 0.0.0.0 default gateways and I found in a Microsoft page that I had to try the command route delete 0.0.0.0, my internet disconnected and I couldn't connect to the internet anymore... Does anyone have a solution? It's an ADSL Modem. I have: Windows 7 x32 4 GB ram A kanji modem that has this problem too...   I have a Logitech MK250 keyboard I use with my Macbook. One day the "minor/mayor than" and the "back slash" keys flip their functionality, so I have to hit "backslash" to get a "minor than" symbol and press the "alt + minor than" key to get the "backslash". Is there any way to reverse this annoying behavior? I often switch to Windows, where the keys work the expected way, and I'm always missing the right key.

• No outbound connections for apache2

  I'm unable to hit my server from a browser on another machine (it gives a 'connection has timed out' error), although typing http://localhost or http://my-ip-here works from the browser within the machine. I can ping and ssh into the server from other machines; it just seems like apache is rejecting the port-80 browser connections. What can I do to further diagnose/fix this problem? • Windows "save" dialog listing files in reverse alphabetical order by default

  Imagine this: no matter which software, when I hit "SAVE", the file explorer dialog that appears is listing my files in reverse-alpha order. This happens by default on all folders and is just an annoyance because on each folder i have to set the view pane to Details then re-sort in alpha order. Browsing through my PC just using explorer works fine, this happens only on SAVE or OPEN dialog boxes (regardless of the software). Any trick to reset this to alpha order globally? thanks!
