But when I click on the needed item, it replaces me full text. How can I do so - to replace only "@john"? For this reason, the Bind function is used inside the EditItemTemplate or InsertItemTemplate of a data-bound control. Why is Bind() needed to extract values and pass them to GridView.   In my installer I have set WixUIBannerBmp to point to my own custom dialog-banner.bmp. Now I have added a custom dialog I would like to have the same banner as on the other dialogs. Is there a way to refer to the existing WixUIBannerBmp? Workaround would be to create a Binary containing the image and refer to that. But it seems like it shouldn't be needed. /L

  How can I use a new branch in Eclipse if I'm not using Subversive or Subclipse? Do I have to checkout the new branch and import that as a new project into Eclipse? Is there an easier way to do it, or is using Subversive or Subclipse the only reasonable way? I know there are many discussions on the pros/cons of Subversive or Subclipse - I'm not asking which one would be best (although I will probably go with Subclipse if needed), and I'm not able to switch to a DVCS.

  How do you specify a redirect URL for the adobe flash express install? I'm using swfobject 2.2, and while I thought MMredirectURL in the flashvars might be what I needed, this just doesn't work. I also tried setting redirectUrl in the attributes object before embedding the swf, but this doesn't work either. What is the proper way to specify a redirect URL to go through after the Express Install occurs with swfobject 2.2?

  I am unable to compile a Java program because the compiler cannot find some of the packages needed even though they are in both the build classpath and runtime classpath. Other packages it can find just fine. The image below shows the problem. • Mapkit: Only show annotations in current view

  Instead of loading all annotations that are in my array, I would only like to load the annotations that the user could currently see cased on how far they are zoomed in on the map. So, if the user pans to a place where there are annotations, those would be added, and if they pan away, those would be removed. I assume this would help with memory. Does anyone know how to do something like this? And, is it worth it, or needed?

• Django site on Nginx+FastCGI goes (504 gateway timeout)

  Sometimes my whole Django based site goes into 504 gateway timeout errors so none page can be displayed. Is it possible to write a shell program and cronjob it run every 5 minutes to detect such errors and restart FastCGI process if needed? I'm currently using command below to restart FastCGI in case it's crashed but it doesn't work for above situation because when 504 gateway errors occur, the processes are still running. ps ax | grep -v grep | grep port=8001 > /dev/null || restart_fcgi.sh

  If I want to deploy an ASP.NET application that hosts RIA Services endpoints for a Silverlight application, do I have to install anything extra on the web server? Or is it just some extra DLLs that can be deployed to my applications Bin folder? I know that when you are doing RIA Services development there are additional toolkits and what-not to install, but I'm not sure if those are needed on the server.

  I have a pretty generic 64bit driver based on bulkusb.sys in WDK. It's been working for years with an embedded program, but now it is needed to work on Vista 64. From all the documentation I've tried to look through there doesn't seem to be anything affecting it, except compiling it for the 64bit environment, and yet when I compile it with the AMD64 build environment, I get "driver not intended for this platform" error message when it's trying to open the sys. What could be the solution for this?

  Hi, I've created a basic windows service installation using Inno Setup. both install and uninstall works properly. However, I'm having issues with upgrading the service executable. it is needed to stop the service, and only ofter the service is completly stopped- the new executables should be placed in the target folder. how can I execute a service-stop command and wait for the service to actually stopped before the file copy step is initiate? thanks!
