  Hi, I have a list of rows in an excel sheet which I need to load as historical transactions into a table in my rails applications. I saved the excel file as a csv file. I tried using csv from the standard library but keep getting the following exception CSV::IllegalFormatError. Not sure how to even figure out where the problem lies.   I have a table with columns a b and c, and if c is false then I only want to allow insertions if columns a and b are unique, but if c is true then a and b do not need to be unique. Example: There can only be one (foo, bar, false) in the table, but no limit on how many (foo, bar, true) there can be. I tried something like CONSTRAINT blah UNIQUE (a,b) AND CHECK (C is TRUE) but I can't figure out the correct syntax.

  In xcode, while compiling apps with gcc, I want to throw compilation time errors if things like NSZombieEnabled is on for a distribution release, thus ensuring that compilation will fail and I won't accidentally do something stupid. I did some googling, but could not figure out how to cause the compiler to bail if a certain condition is met. Surely it must be easy, am I just not finding it?

  Hello, I am trying to output some Java objects as JSON, they have List properties which I want to be formatted as { "People" : [ { "Name" : "Bob" } , { "Name" : "Jim" } ] } However, I cannot figure out how to do this with XStream. It always outputs as { "Person" : { "Name" : "Bob" }, "Person" : { "Name" : "Bob" } Is there a way to fix this?
