  Hi, We are using JSF in UI, Spring in business layer, Hibernate in persistence layer. Now my question is how to pass data from the JSF UI to spring business layer. Can I directly use my business object in my backing bean or should I transfer data between the layer through DTO? • Can't sign into linkedin when using a QT4 (WebKit-based) browser?

  I started using the lightweight QT4 browser for some of the time on my Mac. Most simple websites, and even quite a few AJAX-heavy web apps, work for me flawlessly, including gmail (!) However, with LinkedIn, I can't even manage to sign in. Even when I change the useragent to one of a regular browser, it keeps kicking me out. Any ideas what could be wrong and for some workaround?   Hi, I'm trying to extract data from one of my websites using Greasemonkey. Problem is, the script runs 6 times because apparently the page loads content from 6 different servers. So if I put in an alert ("Hey"); the code runs 6 times and I get 6 alerts. How can I wait for the entire page to load and then start playing with the DOM. Also, I'm using jQuery. Thanks

  I am trying to determine whether a company has websites built with ASP.NET MVC in their portfolio. Is there a reliable way of determining that without asking them assuming that I can visit the website in question in my browser? This might seem simple, but I wasn't able to find this information online. I would think that the lack of viewstate related stuff in the HTML source and the noun-verb URL structure would be good indicators. Are there any other indicators?

I'm starting a project in which I think the schema-free nature of a database such as MongoDB would be tremendously useful. Meantime, some users prefer to using the language setup in their system.
