  • Storing unique ID in UITableViewCell

    I have a table where there will often be two cells with the same title. I'm zooming in on a map whenever a cell in the table is clicked, so using the title as a unique identifier is out of the question. I already have a unique identifier, but I need to find a way to store it in a UITableViewCell object. I have been considering two options, both of which are poor, IMO. 1) store the unique ID as the text inside the text of the detailTextLabel property. 2) build a custom UITableViewCell class. I'm new to objective C, and I would essentially like to know if theres a third option that isnt as inefficient as #1, but not as involved as #2. Thanks

  • WxPython multiple grid instances

    Does anybody know how I can get multiple instances of the same grid to display on one frame? Whenever I create more than 1 instance of the same object, the display of the original grid widget completely collapses and I'm left unable to do anything with it.     I have an element like this: <span class="tool_tip" title="The full title">The ful&#8230;</span> This seems to work: jQuery('span:contains(…)'); But this does not: jQuery('span:contains(&#8230;)'); I am pretty sure that it would be bad to use the first one because if someone else saves the file, or the browser decides to get the file in a different character set for some reason things will not work. There has to be a way to properly select this span, right?

    I have two related models (one to many) in my django app and When I do something like this ObjBlog = Blog() objBlog.name = 'test blog' objEntry1 = Entry() objEntry1.title = 'Entry one' objEntry2 = Entry() objEntry2.title = 'Entry Two' objBlog.entry_set.add(objEntry1) objBlog.entry_set.add(objEntry2) I get an error which says "null value in column and it violates the foreign key not null constraint". None of my model objects have been saved. Do I have to save the "objBlog" before I could set the entries? I was hoping I could call the save method on objBlog to save it all. NOTE: I am not creating a blog engine and this is just an example.

    I have an application in which I'd like one row at a time to have a certain color. This seems to work about 95% of the time, but sometimes instead of having just one row with this color, it will allow multiple rows to have the color. Specifically, a row is set to have the "special" color when it is tapped. I think this is strange since calling ggplot directly produces the right plot: i <- 2 ggplot(diamonds, aes(x=diamonds[,i]))+geom_bar()+xlab(names(diamonds)[i]) I don't really know how to describe this as a fitting title - suggestions as to a more descriptive question-title is most welcome.     hi, so i have a table lets say call it "tbl.items" and there is a column "title" in "tbl.items" i want to loop through each row and for each "title" in "tbl.items" i want to do following: the column has the datatype nvarchar(max) and contains a string... filter the string to remove words like in,out, where etc (stopwords) compare the rest of the string to a predefined list and if there is a match perform some action which involves inserting data in other tables as well.. the problem is im ignotent when it comes to writing T-sql scripts, plz help and guide me how can i achieve this? whether it can be achieved by writing a sql script?? or i have to develope a console application in c# or anyother language?? im using mssql server 2008 thanks in advance

It would be great if the solution could perform the reverse for serialization as well.

    I can't seem to find a way in the options to display the full path of the file at the title of the tab. I can hover over it to see it, but it would be nice to see it at a glance. There is a SU question about it also, http://superuser.com/questions/88637/netbeans-how-to-view-file-full-path-in-window-title-or-somewhere-else Does anyone have a solution for this to actually display it? I can see there is a custom .jar for it in the RC2 Netbeans, but that's probably way old now. PS, I should mention that a path relative to the project would be ideal, as well as a full path. Either really :)
