  Do you know of a way to get rid of CRM User accounts in MSCRM 4.0? After some user accounts have been deleted in AD we're faced a lot of issues while importing the organisation to another server stating that there are issues with the user mapping. What kind of idea is behind the fact that no user accounts can be deleted from the crm installation? Is there any tool or undocumented Webservice API call to get rid of crm users? • Combining MEF and IoC container

  I primarily use NInject as my IoC container, and is very happy with it - don't want to change that. But some things I want to import using MEF. The thing is, I want the imports to created by the IoC container as the imports can have dependencies to things that I've registered in the NInject IoC. So, my question is: can I import the type of exports in some way, so I can hand it over to NInject for creation or is there an object factory of some kind that I can override in MEF?

  I have read here that one disadvantage that some may find with using Spring MVC over Struts is that Struts has tags that output HTML code, while Spring has tags that don't generate HTML. My question is can't you just use the Struts tag-lib in a Spring MVC project (or any other kind of framework project), by dropping the right jar into the WEB-INF/lib folder?   I'm looking for an explanation of how a hashtable works - in plain English for a simpleton like me! For example I know it takes the key, calculates the hash (how?) and then performs some kind of modulo to work out where it lies in the array that the value is stored, but that's where my knowledge stops. Could anyone clarify the process. Edit: I'm not looking specifically about how hashcodes are calculated, but a general overview of how a hashtable works.

  I'm reading through this computer science book and throughout the book I see a number of things written like so: and then there's this: and then this: What kind of notation is the "Boolean Expression" in example 1 written in? I've never seen anything like it before and I'm tempted to assume that whoever wrote and/or scanned this book in fell asleep at the keyboard, and assuming that it's even valid, what about the 3rd example? I'm pretty sure that's not C++ or VB.NET they're showing there.

  The closest-related implementation in Haskell I have seen is the forward mode at http://hackage.haskell.org/packages/archive/fad/1.0/doc/html/Numeric-FAD.html. The closest related related research appears to be reverse mode for another functional language related to Scheme at http://www.bcl.hamilton.ie/~qobi/stalingrad/. I see reverse mode in Haskell as kind of a holy grail for a lot of tasks, with the hopes that it could use Haskell's nested data parallelism to gain a nice speedup in heavy numerical optimization.
