Maybe I was terribly wrong, but now my directory structure looks like: /ruapp/settings.py # SITE_ID = 1 /ruapp/manage.py /enapp/settings.py # SITE_ID = 2 /enapp/manage.py /common/urls.py /common/ # almost every other file /common/templates/ # templates with {% trans %} /locale/ # with locales ru-ru and en-us, generated by calling makemessages from the root of all this structure How to tell django about the locale? It does not seem like it will find the /locale/ folder by itself

  • How to modify JSSE / How to do custom build

    Hi I have a special requirement for one of my applications where I need the servers nounce (Handshaker.srv_random) when verifying the client certificate. Yet JSSEs X509TrustManager only passes me the certificate, no other information of the handshake. I have located the place, where checkClientTrusted is called (inside ServerHandshaker) and it would be easy to extend it to also allow some X509CustomTrustManager to be called with all required information. Yet this would require me to recompile JSSE... I also found jsse sources in openjdk. Now for my questions: What is the easiest way to compile jsse from openjdk? Can the resulting jsse.jar be used as a replacement for the (original) sun jre as a replacement for the included jsse.jar? Is there another (more standard compliant) way to archive what I am trying to do? I did not find a hook to use my own handshaker... Regards, Steffen

    Working with Unity, I thought it would be a good idea to create some LiveTemplates to help out with creating configuration entries. For example, I want to create some typeAlias elements in a file called "unity.config": <typeAlias alias="QueryService" type="type,QueryAssembly"/> So, I created a live template: Shortcut: typeAlias Available "in all files" <typeAlias alias="$ALIAS$" type="$TYPE$,$ASSEMBLY$"/> the unity.config file is an XML file. I put the cursor in an empty spot and type "typeAlias" and then the tab key. Nothing happens. Any ideas?

    I've added a submit button inside a fieldgroup on a CCK form using hook_form_alter as follows: function mymodule_form_alter(&$form, $form_state, $form_id) { if ($form_id == 'object_node_form') { $form['group_wikipedia']['search'] = array( '#type' => 'submit', '#value' => t('Search Wikipedia'), '#name' => 'searchwiki', '#submit' => array('mymodule_searchwiki_submit'), ); } } When I press the button, the validation handlers for the full form eg. checks for required fields, run as though I have pressed the 'Submit' button at the end of the form. I thought that changing the #name property from 'op' to 'searchwiki' would prevent this kind of mix-up, but not so. Does anyone know a workaround for this?

(Trying to create your own programming language + compiler is probably even more common but not nearly as ambitious.) I have defined a composite primary key userid & roleId on this table, it still throwing this exception: Can't perform Create, Update or Delete operations on 'Table(UsersInRole)' because it has no primary key. My LinQ to SQL implementation of AddUsersToRoles method is as follows.     Hi I am having a problem with my tab bars at the bottom of the screen. The designer has decided it should be one colour (not black) when inactive and another colour when active. I have worked out how to replace the main colour of the tabbar by subclassing UITabBarController and doing this:- - (void)viewDidLoad { [super viewDidLoad]; CGRect frame = CGRectMake(0.0, 0, self.view.bounds.size.width, self.view.bounds.size.height); UIView *v = [[UIView alloc] initWithFrame:frame]; //get percentage values from digitalcolour meter and enter as decimals v.backgroundColor = [UIColor colorWithRed:.0 green:.706 blue:.863 alpha:1]; [tabBar1 insertSubview:v atIndex:0]; [v release]; } I just can't see how to make the active tabbar be a separate colour when it is selected. I have tried subclassing UITabBarItem but there doesn't seem to be any property for me to set to change the background colour of the tab. They also want to have the icons on the tab bar not be blue and grey and I can't figure out how to do that. In the ViewController for one tab bar item I have put this into viewdidload:- myTabBarItem *tabItem = [[myTabBarItem alloc] initWithTitle:@"listOOO" image:[UIImage imageNamed:@"starcopy.png"] tag:1]; tabItem.customHighlightedImage=[UIImage imageNamed:@"starcopy.png"]; self.tabBarItem=tabItem; [tabItem release]; tabItem=nil; and in my subclass of UITabBarItem I have put this:- -(UIImage *) selectedImage{ return self.customHighlightedImage; } Only I don't see the icon at all. If I put this into the viewDidLoad of my subclass of UITabBarController:- for (UITabBarItem *item in tabBar1.items){ item.image = [UIImage imageNamed:@"starcopy.png"]; } Then all my tab bars have the icon but they are blue (and grey when inactive) how would I get them not to become blue but stay their original colour?   • Make Custom Project template in Eclipse IDE

    I have been using Eclipse IDE for a long time. Its a really great IDE for Java/C/C++ (and other languages with its THOUSANDS of plugins). Every once in a while, I get the need for creating a Javax interface. To do this normally, I would setup the new java project then add what I need. But, wouldn't it be nice if I could just make a template project to automatically include the code for the files. How would I go about doing this? It it even possible? The Eclipse CDT can make a new project type. So can the Google ADT and Google App engine. So I would imagine it is possible. But how?

The user can then select an object from the first list, click an button which moves it to the 'selected' list.   • Drawing selected state on custom UITableViewCell

    So I have a customer UITableViewCell whose whole display in drawn in drawRect. When it draws it creates CGLayers so that it can reuse certain pieces when something is changed. I have changed my UITableViewCellSelectionStyle to None because I don't want the default selected view to cover my drawing. So I call setNeedsDisplay in setSelected:animated: for my cell. But by the time drawRect is called, setSelected:animated: has already been called again to deselect the cell. In my table view controller in didSelectRowAtIndexPath I call deselectRowAtIndexPath as Apple advises. Any ideas? Thanks.

For my site, I need to be able to save and access additional user properties such as age and gender. I have been playing around with the built in .NET Login tools but I don't understand how to keep track of the additional properties (age, gender...) I could store all the users information in my own database but how do I correlate the users data in my DB to the usernames in the member database that is automatically created?

I've gathered that i need to use the plugin's addMethod() function, but how exactly to have it do what i need... Here i am! My form 's first question is a radio input choice. Each radio input, if selected, shows a sub-question of several checkboxes. What i would like my validation to do is: - make sure one radio input is selected - make sure at least one checkbox pertaining to the radio input is selected. Basically, out of the validate plugin's own logic, i would count the selector's length, and if there isn't any, return the error message. Something like this: var weekSelected = ($('input.seasonSelector:checked input.weekSelector:checked',form).length > 0); if(!weekSelected){ return 'Please select a week inside that season'; } How to turn that into a validate plugin method ?

    I'm trying to perform a usort on an array inside an instance of a class. But the sort is dependent on the properties of said instance.   • Custom ValidationAttribute test against whole model

    I know this is probably not possible but let's say I have a model with two properties. I write a ValidationAttribute for one of the properties. Can that VA look at the other property and make a decision? So; public class QuickQuote { public String state { get; set; } [MyRequiredValidator(ErrorMessage = "Error msg")] public String familyType { get; set; } So in the above example, can the validator test to see what's in the "state" property and take that into consideration when validating "familyType"? I know I can probably save the object to the session but would like to avoid any saving of state if possible.
