  • Why do I get access denied to data folder when using adb?

    I connected to my live device using the adb and the following commands: C:\>adb -s HT829GZ52000 shell $ ls ls sqlite_stmt_journals cache sdcard etc system sys sbin proc logo.rle init.trout.rc init.rc init.goldfish.rc init default.prop data root dev $ cd data cd data $ ls ls opendir failed, Permission denied I was surprised to see that I have access denied. How come I can't browse around the directories using the commandline like this? How do I get root access on my phone?

    I'm trying to load some dynamic content after the user has logged in, using $.ajax, like so: $.ajax({ url: "functions.php", type: "GET", data: login_info, datatype: 'html', async: false, success: function (response) { $('#main').html(response); } }); The problem is, that some events don't work, when loaded this way. I fixed the buttons with the .live() method, but a sortable list for example, doesn't work. How can I somehow refresh the DOM, and let jquery know of these new added elements? Thanks!

So, Anyone start using it in the live projects and could share pros and cons over it?

    This worked when the Glass in on XE12, I have opened the solution after about 2 Months and now with XE17 the menu items are not shown when tapped on the Live card, instead the live card is disappearing.     Can anyone tell me why this command doesn't work from the MongoDB shell client: db.coll.update({'live':true},{$set:{'mask':"\D\D\D\D\D\D\D\D"}},false,true) but db.coll.findOne({'id':'someId'}) returns the mask field as: "mask" : "DDDDDDDD", Where are the slashes going? I've tried "double escaping" with \\D and that inserts both slashes: "mask" : "\\D\\D\\D\\D\\D\\D\\D\\D", MongoDB shell version: 2.0.6, MongoDB version: 2.0.5, OSX Lion Thanks

    I asked this question yesterday, and at the time it was just what I needed, but while working with some live data I discovered that is wasn't quite doing what I expected. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2571232/parse-html-with-phps-html-domdocument I gets the data from the HTML page, but then it also strips out all the HTML tags inside the captured block of text, which isn't what I want. (I might wan't to take some of the tags out, but not all, and this can be done later)

I don't know if it would eventually return as I am running it on a live server and fear overloading. I am doing similar queries and much more complex queries successfully.

    I'm implementing the Express Checkout? I have no problem with the first two steps:SetExpressCheckout and GetExpressCheckout,but met the "Security header is not valid" at DoExpressCheckout. The API credentials are the same! I've fixed it by changing the $environment to live in DoExpressCheckout.(The difference is that it'll use https://api.sandbox.paypal.com/nvp/ instead of https://api-3t.$environment.paypal.com/nvp) But why?
